My name is ***** *****. I'm submitting a complaint and filing against Sisu, as they used a bait and switch practice to have me sign up for a trial, promised me a concierge level onboarding and customer service, and have refused to provide a refund (or even communicate with me) once I expressed my frustration at the lack of support I've received. On August 19th 2022, I had a lovely consultation with Ryan at Sisu. He messaged me that same day, saying that someone would be in touch to get me set up, but after that, the only correspondence I received were automated messages. The trial ended, and my card was billed on September 9th. On December 20th, as we did our year end bookkeeping, I found the charge and messaged Sisu to ask for a full refund. Kayla responded that they would not be providing a refund and ''If you decide to stop using Sisu during your subscription term you will not receive a refund, however you will still have access to Sisu during the remainder of your term. If you cancel your subscription you will not receive a pro-rated refund for the unused remainder of your subscription.'' When I responded that I was still not satisfied, she let me know that Ryan had reached out to me. I've received NOTHING from Ryan or anyone else at Sisu, aside from their continual onslaught of automated messages. They denied my request for a refund, and have refused to communicate with me, after failing to provide a service which they sold to me. I've attached a screenshot of Ryan's same-day follow up message, and a screenshot of my emails which are all just automated / impersonal emails. I hope that Sisu will provide a full refund for the amount I was charged - $4,275.00
