We hired Hunt to redo the wiring in our house We let them know that our budget for this project was $18k and was told to trust them that they would do everything they could to keep us in our budget which did not happen paid $9k more then expected We asked them multiple times to send us a break down of the materials they charged us for with no response we were told we would get a credit for parts they purchased but did not use and we never got a credit for unused material Towards the end of the project we asked for a completion timeline we were given 7 days which ended up being 10 days they were never able to hit any commitments they gave to us We were charged for hours when the electrician was not at our home working and we were told work was being done even though they were not on sight I would like to get an explanation of the work being done when not on sight Every time we had a concern about the budget of the project, work completed, hours worked we were always told to trust them they will hit budget and timing They did not take care in our belongings and damaged items in our home, we were given a credit of $700 on our last bill but we fill this did not cover all of the damage they did- there were holes drilled into our oak baseboard, made a gouge in our oak door trim, drilled into the leg of our butcher block, broke the corner of a picture frame, dented the lid to our washer When an item had fallen in their work area they placed their tools on top of it, walked over it, let debris fall on it and did nothing to move it They left our job unfinished, we were texted a list of 3 items they were to complete on the last day they showed up and 1 item was left incomplete they did not fix the holes in the eave where the new meter was installed they said they would finish the job but would require payment the day they came to fix the holes Hunt is a difficult company to work with, they are unwilling to work through any concerns or issues brought to their attention
