5 starsAll I care about is getting paid on time, and Fleetsmarts makes sure of it Every load I turn in, the money hits within 24 hours. That alone makes a huge difference out here. One time I forgot to send a page with my Bill of Lading. My account manager called me right away, assured me it wasn’t a problem, and said they’d go ahead and fund me anyway. What’s even better is they always check in and let me know everything’s good, which gives me peaace of mind. That kind of trust and service is hard to find these days.Review fromAngel K

Ive got a semi truck and need factoring and a fuel card. It came down to RTS and Fleetsmarts. Both give you credit lines for fuel and both give you good rates on factoring. The deciding factor was honesty. *** was trying to tell me that Fleetsmarts had filed a lien on me and at first I was really mad. But, after looking into it a little more, I realized that anyone that factors you or gives you a credit line does that. When I asked RTS if I factor with them would they do the same thing and they said yes. Why are they trying to get me mad at Fleetsmarts when they are just gonna do the same thing. I cant deal with a company like that. Fleetsmarts is funding on time and they got me fuel advances immediately. Another cool thing is that their fuel card works everywhere, not just Pilot like RTS. They also answer the phone when I call even on the nights and weekends. Thats been a big complaint about *** but its totally different with Fleetsmarts. They really do answer the phone all the time.Fleetsmarts

Horrible people!!!!Listed below is My letter to FLEETSMART, ALONG WITH SEVERAL CALLS AND EMAILS.....AFTER, FINDING OUT THERE WAS A LEIN AGAINST MY BUSINESS WITHOUT MY KNOWING! APPROVAL! OR SIGNATURE. AFTER TELLING THEM TO SEND INFORMATION ON THE SERVICES THEY OFFERED, BECAUSE YOUR BUNDARED WITH CALLS AND EMAILS, AS SOON AS YOU SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT FOR A DOT# ....IN WHICH THE INDUSTRY SHOULD NOT DO THAT!!!!! STILL NO ANSWER!!!!! AND I HAVE TO TRAVEL ALL THE WAY TO THE SECRATARY OF STATE, IN ****** ** TO FILE A CLAIM???!!! PLEASE HELP ANY ADVICE........Apologies for the rant! But need some help! ********** As a new authority holder, I am inundated with calls and emails every second of the day, 7 days a week. I instructed your team member (******) to send me information about ********** and the services that are offered. Instead, someone opened a line of credit and mailed me fuel cards in which Ive never activated, let alone signed for. I have not signed any contracts or agreements with ********** and do not intend to. As I am reading several emails from several different members of your team, I have become aware that a line of credit and a *** lien has been placed upon my company without my knowledge or approval. Why was this done without my knowledge? Do you have no legal responsibility to make sure an actual agreement is in place? I ask that you kindly remove this lien that I did not agree to, without penalties or charges. We appreciate the opportunity to respond and clarify several points of misunderstanding in your review.After carefully reviewing your account records and the recorded call from March 24, 2025, at 11:53:01 AM with Senior Account Specialist ******** and Account Manager Mallows, wed like to confirm the following:During this call, our representative explained the ***-1 Financing Statement process to you. For full transparency, heres the exact excerpt from that conversation:********: OK, and since you are in ********, I also wanna let you know that for us to be able to open up a credit line for you, we do follow what's called the UCC-1 which basically registers us with the state as a payee and allows us to open that fuel credit line with no credit checks needed, OK?****: OK.Based on this verbal consent, and as part of standard procedure for opening a commercial fuel credit line, a ***-1 Financing Statement was filed with the New York Secretary of State. Its important to note that a ***-1 is a public record that reflects a line of credit extended to your business, regardless of whether the fuel cards were later activated. This is a widely accepted and legal practice in the commercial credit and fuel services industry particularly for programs offering credit without a personal credit check.If youd like to have this UCC-1 terminated, a standard administrative termination fee applies. This fee covers the administrative labor, processing, legal coordination, and state filing costs required to formally record the termination. Since the filing was completed as part of extending a commercial credit line to your company, its removal involves regulated documentation and official state procedures.While we understand the frustrations new ************* holders face with aggressive solicitations in the industry, please know that Fleetsmarts only extends services to those who authorize participation, which occurred during your recorded call.That said wed genuinely appreciate the opportunity to show you the value of the program that was made available to you. My name is **** ******** proud owner of ************************ LIABILITY company my experience with fleet smart fuel card's started with a phone call from customer service representative by the name of *** she called me to sell me some fuel card's I was not interested so I told her to call me next week so she called me the following week like I said I really wasn't interested so I told her to call me next week (again) and she called me back the following week then I told her that I was eating at the time for her to call back tomorrow and she called me back the next day so as the phone was ringing I said to myself this woman is real persistent so I picked up the phone to hear her out still was not interested but after she told me about the benefits like the money I would save per gallon of gas listen to this same day pay I had heard enough I told her to sign me up plus GAD had introduced me to a guy by the name of **** and **** hooked me up with insurance I am so glad GAD was so persistent gave me good customer service thank you so much I am gratefulFleetsmarts
