Ordered garden seeds from this company. 3 weeks later and 3 emails sent to them Im still trying to get my order sent! ****** off customer

Placed an order on 5/5/22 and as of this date (6/23/22) it has not been received, although they did take payment immediately. I have contacted this company multiple times and each time was told "shipping this week" I have sent emails and no response. Recently, I have not been able to get anyone on the phone to follow up. I am beginning to think I have been scammed. Probably should have ordered thru Amazon.....

I placed and order early morning Friday 2/11/22 and it sat in their inbox all day Friday, all weekend, and all day Monday. My early Monday morning and late Monday evening emails went unanswered and my Tuesday phone call to customer service went into voice mail. When I finally made contact with customer service on Tuesday 2/15/22, I was told that they were closed on Monday. Nowhere does this business make clear to customers that they are closed on Mondays. Unhappy that they already took the funds from my credit card on Saturday, a day that they claim to be closed, I cancelled my order that still hadn't shipped and asked for an immediate refund in full. Each time I attempt to follow up with customer service, they make excuses and tell me to be patient. I just want my money back, in full and right now. It's the least they can do for being such a disappointment. It does not require a PhD to reverse a credit card charge. I've done it before in less than a minute as a merchant and so can they! This is outrageous. I don't care about their staffing, software, operating days/hours, or any other operations issues they may claim to have. They are not my problems. What my problem is happens to be that Readywise has my money and I have neither the merchandise nor the refund. I'm done waiting for justice. My next step will be either a dispute of the charge to my bank or a complaint to the attorney general's office.
