              account **********.getting notified of a past due payment of $16. I payment was made on 6/18/24 for $16 that was returned. Another payment that cleared was made on 6/24/24 for $16. The payment made on 6/24 took care of the returned payment from 6/18. So my account is not past due and I want rc willey to resolve this. I tried contacting them and they are unwilling to look into the issue.

              I bought my fridge in November 2019 as well as a 5 year warranty plan (60 months). My ice maker is not working and I called to have it fixed, but they are refusing to fix it because they said my warranty is already up. It has not even been 5 years yet and they are refusing to provide me a service that I paid for. I should get my money back and get my fridge fixed because this is ridiculous. Do not ever buy from this company because they cheat you of your money and have THE WORST customer service.

              Hi *****! I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. Our records do show that you purchased the fridge in December 2019 as you mentioned. Your extended warranty will expire this year in December. Our extended warranties mirror the manufacturer warranties and cover functional defects. I apologize for the confusion and recommend you call our extended warranty department at ************ for assistance with submitting a claim on your fridge.
