I went to Millcreek Gardens on Saturday, April 16, 2022 to purchase mulch at around noon. I asked for eight bags at the register, which they told me was about $64. I gave them my **************** credit card, and they rang the purchase up before they called the back to check that they had bags of mulch in stock to load into my car. When the cashier (*****) called to get the bags, the people at the back said they didn't actually have any. ***** said she canceled the charge, and no receipt was given to me. Later that day I noticed I had a pending charge on my card for $579.04. On Monday, April 18, **** I went back to Millcreek Gardens to report the pending charge and spoke to *****. He reviewed surveillance footage and found footage of me at the register and walking out with nothing. He took my name and phone number and said he would call back in a few days. He wanted to wait to see if the charge was no longer pending. I never heard back from him. On Thursday April 21, 2022 I called at 2:12 pm and asked to speak to a manager, but the woman I was speaking to said none was available. She told me that ***** who I had spoken to on Monday was the owner's son and she took down my name and phone number and said someone would be calling me. It is now Monday, April 25, 2022 at 10:07 am and no one has called me.Business response

This complaint was resolved by the time I received your notice.
The customer has a refund.
I would think they would let you know. It was a very simple issue.
