I have loved this store for twenty years. They carry beautiful unique planters and garden decorations that cannot be found elsewhere. They have a great selection. They are friendly and helpful.Review from Marci M

We undertook a landscaping project with Millcreek. We spent several hours selecting plants and when the project was started an entirely different set of plants were planted. Over two years we had portions of the project that weren't complete including the sprinkler system, which led to plants dying. Millcreek lost two of our payments for large amounts and then harassed us to provide bank statements proving that we had paid them. All told their operation is very disorganized and lacks professionalisim.Review from David S

I spent over an hour selecting plants to purchase. Never offered any assistance. Brought my selections to the register, and was informed that they would not honor their advertised prices. I showed them the signs where I found the plants, only to be informed that they had made a mistake because they were understaffed and would not sell them at that price. The owner was rude and would not listen to a word I said. This is bad business and I will not support it anymore.
