HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went to this place on Sunday, my only day off, and was interested in two pieces they had out front. One piece had six or seven pieces stacked in front that I moved. It said "sold" but I questioned it because it had so much stacked in front of it that it looked like it had been there for a long time. So I went back this morning and was late to work just so I could check it out. The gal at the front desk treated me horribly!!! I asked her to check on the status of the piece that said sold, and she kept trying to explain to me what sold means, and told me they still have pieces someone paid for three years before. This made no sense to me at all, as I don't know of any business that will store your purchase for free for three years and just hold it for you indefinitely. This unprofessional gal walked away when I again asked her to check on it because she thought I didn't know what sold means, and I didn't even get a chance to ask about the other piece. I walked inside and asked to talk to someone else, and instead of being professional and getting a manager, she started yelling up a flight of stairs asking someone "what does it mean if a piece is sold?" Another lady came down the stairs, and just around the corner from me, in full earshot, she started complaining to this lady that I didn't understand what sold means instead of letting me have a conversation with someone else. She kept ranting and raving about how the customer isn't always right, then another guy showed up and she was telling him that I moved the granite and she told me not to, and I kept asking her to be professional to no avail, and the other two people just sat there with blank looks on their faces and neither one of them told their completely unprofessional receptionist to stop complaining and insulting the customer. They just stood there and said nothing to her like they were watching a movie. So I started to walk outside with the other lady, and the receptionist was still going on and on, so I told her I'm not saying I'm right, I'm just saying, again, you should be professional. Then the other lady walked back inside and said our conversation was over and wouldn't help me. So apparently you get to treat customers poorly if you work at ***** and no one will tell you not to. They care more about a customer telling the receptionist to be professional than they do about a receptionist being unprofessional. In full view of her coworkers. She didn't even hesitate. She gets to act like that in full view with not a peep from anyone else and keep her job. CRAZY NUTS!!!!!! I see why they have 11 one-star reviews on ****** about bad customer service.
