I made a purchase on 2-11-24 from this establishment. I've been sending emails inquiring about my purchase. No answer. Where is my merchandise. I don't want money back. I want my item I purchased. Thank uInitial Complaint

I purchased a hat from their website back in April of this year. It was way too large so I asked for an exchange for a hat 1 size smaller which they obliged. It was too small and was giving me a headache. I messaged customer service and asked to exchange for the hat I originally had. They reluctantly agreed but said I had to return the smaller hat first. I explained I was out of state and couldn’t return the hat for 5 days and could they just ship me another one and I would pay for it until I returned the smaller hat. I also told them if I didn’t return the hat within s specific timeline they could keep my money. They said no and when I returned home 5 days later and mailed out the hat the same day, they were sold out of the hat. I told them I really wanted the hat and they could mail me the right size once it was in stock. The customer service rep said she had no idea when that would be and advised I sign up for their “notify when back in stock” email which I did multiple times. It’s now late September and it wasn’t in stock yet so I messaged them again. I was told it would be back in stock again soon but she wasn’t sure when. I checked again on September 22, 2022 and the hat was back in stock in my size but had NOT received a notification. I messaged that night after hours and received an automatic message stating they would get back to me during business hours which I they didn’t. I also wrote I would file a complaint with BBB and heard nothing. I emailed them again yesterday, September 23, 2022 and received an email reading “how can they help”. I replied and included my prior correspondences with them and didn’t hear back again. I just messaged them again about an hour ago and received the message stating I’ve contacted them after hours again. Mind you, they still have my money and I’ve bought another hate from them since. I want the hat I purchased back in April delivered to me at no additional cost and I will cease from purchasing products from them again.
