I paid for 2 cleaners, for 2 hours - 4 hours of cleaning total, for a rental move out. They require you to pay in full before they do the work. I questioned this and Kody assured me of their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.In the 4 hours, two small bathrooms and a small kitchen were completed. Upon my inspection after they left, I was disgusted at the work done. I had to go thru and clean behind them. I sent 11 pictures to Kody proving the work was completely unacceptable. Following is the reply I received from Kody:Hi *********, I am sorry if everything wasn't completed. With hourly cleanings the team only works until the time booked is up. You could add more time if needed. However we do not do refunds on hourly service as the team can't always finish in the time booked. The team who cleaned for you is our top team and they are consistently given top scores and are requested by customers on a regular basis. If there were things not done then it would have been due to a time constraint. I will be happy to chat with you on the phone if you would like.Funny what happened to the promised 100% Satisfaction Guarantee? Of course there was never mention of this, No Refund policy. No wonder they insist on payment before service. I understand we all have off days. Maybe this was one of those days for these two cleaners. Ive worked in customer service for years and Ive had plenty of my own. I will say the cleaners showed up on time and were very polite to my son, who was there upon their arrival.I would have been happy with Kody simply expressing a single genuine word acknowledging my frustration after seeing the photos. Any hint of decent customer service, but as you can see, there was none. I dont usually spend any time doing negative reviews but l felt this was warranted. As Ive done so on various platforms, I see many others have had the same experiences. Buyers beware for sure.

We do understand the frustration that you may have and as we have expressed before we are not always able to get everything complete in the allotted time given. Our satisfaction guarantee would be for any areas cleaned. We do appreciate the feedback and will definitely be sure we do a better job of explaining the hourly service.
