West Valley City, Utah 84119 RE: Demand $3000 return for money deposited with Carefree for Star Valley build Dear Sirs, We worked with Ben T****** working out details of purchasing a modular home to be Built On Plot 1 Lot 11 in Star Valley Wy. Carefree agreed to act as the general contractor and line up sub-contractors for the project. Carefree requested $3000 to continue with the project. We gave Care Free a Check # **** in the amount of $3000 on 4/1/2021 to continue the process of building on Plot 1 Lot 11 in Star Valley Wyoming. When we returned from Yuma Arizona in March of 2022 I called Care Free and spoke with Ben T****** to check on the status of the project, Ben stated that Carefree didn’t want to continue working on the project. I indicated that I was surprised and wanted Ben to reconsider and call me back with more information and that I would need to get the $3000 back. I never received any communication about their decision. Since no services were provided on the project and Carefree terminated the project, we are demanding $3000.00 be returned to us.
