On 7/25/2024 I contacted this dealer online asking for the out the door price of two vehicles. In my notes I put I was asking for the out the door price and would only communicate via text or email.A sales person named *********************** text me the next morning and asked if I had a follow up question or if he could answer any questions. I text later that night and said I would prefer to communicate via text or email and asked again for an out the door price and again provided the stock numbers.On the morning of 7/27/2024 I received another text from someone saying they would have someone give me a call with the numbers. I asked again if they would provide them in a text or email and if they were unwilling to do that I would go elsewhere. They gave me the thumbs up emoji, real professional there, as a response.Once I told them I was going to write a review they said they were going to provide a review and called me a liar. Once again not very professional. The person sending the texts said they were going to post screen shots of the conversation and post them. I agreed that was a good idea. I have attached them so you can decide if this is a dealership you want to work with.This is a clear sign this dealership still uses the old school model of selling cars and is not transparent in an attempt to fleece their customers. We had such a terrible experience April 2023. I went to look at the car title and learned that someone at the dealership purposely misspelled the name on the title, probably to repay up for leaving a bad review. I hope it doesn't cause trouble for my son who is in the army having to now ship his car now he has received orders. Whoever did this is a bad person.

********* Valley ********** is running a shady business and needs to be reported for their shady business practices. I was looking at a Kia ******* they had advertised online for several weeks. I was also looking at several other vehicles at other dealerships. On October 18, 2023 they lowered the price on their online advertisement to $39,846. Due to the price decrease me and my spouse decided to go and look at the car and drive it. After speaking with the salesman regarding the price decrease he mentioned the financing would have to be done with them to honor that price, which we agreed. After going over the calculations for payments and approval with the financing we decided to purchase the vehicle. We had to wait for quite a while for them to draw up the papers. When we went into the signing office they just went over the warranty and payments and didn't review anything else. We were given a flash drive for the documents to review when we got home. After reviewing the documents I came to the realization that they raised the sale price to $41,846 and added in 3 different charges which were never discussed whatsoever. I was really upset to find out they charged me $2000 more then what the price was advertised for. The additional charges that were not discussed added an additional $1500 to our costs as well. I tried calling the dealership several times to get this resolved and kept getting voicemail or passed off to someone else. When finally getting the Sales manager on the phone all he did was yell at me and wouldn't let me say anything. He was a complete jerk!. This is infuriating. I have also filed a claim with the ************* and will be considering small claims court as well. This is FRAUD and Misrepresentation. I would have never purchased this vehicle at that price and now I am stuck trying to figure out how to get compensated for the $2000 I was overcharged. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had to go through!

Worst customer service ever. Don't go there. I've been trying to get my radio replaced for seven months. And each time I go and try to get it worked out I'm treated rudely. Will never recommend them to anyone!

When I purchased my Challenger SRT from Dodge, I was more than happy with the initial service that was granted. Afterward, I have taken my car in for tune-*** and oil changes. Never had an issue. The service has always been great for me. They even spoke to me about the best cleaning kit for my car! Easy to talk to, quick service, and professional attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
