      After purchasing our vehicle, we were told that in order to be part of the *** program that we needed to leave a review. After leaving the review, the salesman (******) noticed that I had not left a five star review and said that in order to be a part of the *** program I had to leave a five star review. Seems like an unethical way of getting reviews.After buying the car, we noticed blemishes that were not seen at the time of purchase because the salesman backed the car into a really tight stall, which prevented us from being able to see the vehicle from all angles. I do not feel like things were disclosed to us about status of the vehicle. Very disappointed and feel like we had the wool pulled over our eyes. Also, if you are purchasing a used vehicle here, you will feel like you are at a used car dealership. The building is terrible and nothing about it feels like an elite service.

      False advertising about where paying bigger money for your trade in. You should do advertising that the sells represent is giving you a lower amount than other dealerships. When showed the sells represented the other quotes his response was great sell it to them and come back and see me.

      Thank you for your feedback. We will consider changes in the future. As all dealerships value trades differently and have different values on their vehicles for sale. It is unfortunate we were not able to make the figures work in this case but glad you were able to sell your vehicle for close to what you wanted somewhere else.

      I scheduled a 40K service on a 2020 Tiguan, which I purchased at Strong. I scheduled the appointment a week in advance and received a confirmation text. I live 50 miles from the dealership and am supposedly a VIP customer, which allows me to schedule a loaner, which I did. I arrived at the dealership at 8:15 a.m. for an 8:30 a.m. appointment. I was assisted by a service rep who reviewed what was to be done for the 40K service and he quoted me the price, which I agreed to. He said it would take most of the day and that they would call when the car was ready. I picked up the loaner car, which contractually was to be returned by 5 p.m.. I returned to the dealership at 4 p.m. and relinquished the loaner car. I had not received a phone call so I approached the service rep who had assisted me in the morning. He couldn't provide me with a status and told me the rep sitting next to him would have to help me. That rep was on the phone, so I waited for him to complete his phone call. I asked him for a status and gave him my name. He pulled up some paper work and told me no work had even commenced. He then mumbled something about a problem from last week and that problem was the reason they hadn't been able to perform service on my car.This is the worse service ever. I could have easily been told this morning -- or for that matter, last week -- that there was an issue and they couldn't get to my car today. But to keep me car, allow me to fill their loaner with gas at my expense, and then tell me at 4 p.m. they hadn't even begun service is inexcusable! I will never do business with this dealership again!

      I just received two calls from a private number. I stepped out and called the number thinking it was an emergency. Instead, a sales person picks up and tries to tell me that he has a $1,000 offer from his General Manager. I asked to speak with the General Manager and he wasn't available. I asked how he got my number, and he said through a raffle (I don't enter those). I asked if he would let me know where he got my number, research it, and he hung up on **** called back and they sent me to ***********************, a sales manager. I asked that his employee call and give me an apology. He said he would remove my number from the system, but that he could not find out who did that, "I have 30 sales people." The excuse was great, as 30 is not many...lol. Anyway, he said he would remove my number, but not have anyone call **** bought two cars from them over 15 years ago. Essentially, they seem to be just another used car dealer despite selling higher end cars. I would go to ****** for VW in the future.

      If you absolutely love working with people who are shady, deceitful, and will do everything they can to s**** you over, strong VW is the perfect place for you!Was told multiple times I'd be getting a certain number to trade in my vehicle, made the mistake of trusting them and they ended up giving me $2,000 less than I was told. Also, have an 800+ credit score and got a much worse interest rate than I was originally told. Their hidden fees and "lifetime warranty" will cost you thousands on top of what their listing price is. Definitely was my fault for not paying closer attention while signing paperwork (through the constant small talk and rush to sign everything). Learn from my mistake and do not do business with them!

      On June 15, 2023, I traded in my Jetta GLI with low mileage and purchased a brand new 2023 GTI 40th Anniversary Edition. The buying process was most basic customer service. After 2 days of owning the car, I noticed that the backup camera was freezing, and the Apple Car Play has distorted pixels. On Monday, I decided to call Strong VW to see if I can bring it in immediately so they can diagnose the problem considering that it's a brand-new car. Normally, in other dealerships that I worked in the past like the *****************************, they would let me bring in the car immediately, especially if its safety issue such as a backup camera not working; however, that wasn't case for Strong VW. After calling them and emailing them for 3 days to get my car checked immediately instead of waiting for the 2nd of week of July due to safety concern, they couldn't take me in for unknown reasons. I spoke to one of the sales managers and. He said that he's back up camera has been broken for 9 months and I should just be fine, or I could go check some other dealership. I kept on calling multiples times the entire day and all they did was just to transfer me in an extension line that nobody answered. Fortunately, I wrote them 1 star review in Volkswagen ****************** and Yelp. That's how I finally got their attention that I have an issue that needs to be addressed immediately. I called them again for multiples times and finally spoke to *******************, one of the salesmen. He acted like he owned the dealership by telling me that the dealership is done dealing business with me. After sending me an email that I am part of the Strong Volkswagen Family and bringing business to them by trading in my car and buying a brand-new car, I was treated like a piece of garbage. Finally spoke to the Sales manager, *******************, and he kept on smirking when I explained to him about my frustration, but he let me walk in the next day. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with buying cars.

      Misleading used car listings on KSL classifieds. They ******* ksl classifieds with listings, which are deliberately significantly lower ($4k on average) than what they posted on KSL classifieds. So misleading, frustrating, and dishonest.

      We purchased a 2019 Jetta Volkswagen from this dealership. And to be honest it is the biggest mistake we have ever made. They **** you in with the FREE Warranty for life and the **** Telling you how great it is. Free Car washes, Free Ding/Dent/Scratch touchup. Free Windshield repair. What a joke. When we got the car it was not cleaned at all for us., Still have previous owners c*** in it. Asked to have it cleaned out, and the ************ wont do it. We have to have Salesman do it. Asked to have a Car wash, Salesman has to take care of that. Day we pick up car, Salesman is off. . No cleaning that day..........Called to talk to Manager, you always have to leave a message. Apparently you cant talk directly with Manager. What a joke. Wish we could have our truck we traded in back along with our money.............I really want to leave ZEO Starts, but this program makes me pick one!

Can you tell me the name on the purchase order as I can find no record under your email address or the name. We hate the experience you have and want to find out what happened so it never happens again. I have asked everyone in VIP if they know of anything like this and they had not so I hate to ask for your name on the paperwork but its the only way to find out how to improve

      I went into Strong Volkswagen to checkout their new deals in 2018. When we went out for a test drive they take your car keys until you return. THE PROBLEM is that they refused to give me back my car keys even after I asked multiple times insisting that I needed to buy the 2018 Tiguan and trade in my Prius. I asked three time for my car keys back until I got so frustrated that I stood up and yelled for my car keys back. Instead of helping me they sent a VERY forceful closer salesmen to me who provided a slightly better deal on my trade and as well as two other salesmen. Trying to convince me that all the lifetime service savings would make it more affordable on my budget. I felt ganged up on and intimidated also I had to get to work so I finally caved and bought the brand new SUV that was out of my pricerange. These intimidation tactics and the fact that they refused to let me leave I believe should have been reported to the police.
