  Dietary Supplements

  If you're not completely satisfied with the first unit of your first order of a dietary supplement for any reason, you may contact us within 100 days of delivery to initiate a full refund without a return. If you're not completely satisfied with additional units or subsequent orders for any reason, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.

  Keep in mind that the purpose of the Thrivous refund policy is to ensure your happiness with a dietary supplement within the specified timeframe, although it may not become fully effective for you within that timeframe. Some nootropics, such as Clarity Daily Nootropic, may require supplementation for months before they become fully effective. Some geroprotectors, such as Alpha Neuroprotector, may require supplementation for years. And because everyone is different, individual results may vary.

  Gift Cards

  If you're not completely satisfied with a gift card for any reason, you may contact us any time before it expires (5 years from the purchase date) to initiate a refund of the unused portion of the gift card.

  Return Process

  To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. When you contact us, please provide information that will help us identify your order. For example, you may provide the name and email address that you used to place the order, as well as the order number from the email receipt that you received from us after you placed the order.

  When we receive your request, we will reply by email with further instructions, including the mailing address to which you should send your return. When we receive your return, we will send another email to notify you.

  Refund Process

  To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. When you contact us, please provide information that will help us identify your order. For example, you may provide the name and email address that you used to place the order, as well as the order number from the email receipt that you received from us after you placed the order.

  When we approve your refund, we'll send an email to notify you. And we'll apply the refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days of the notification. If 30 days have passed since we notified you of the approval of your refund, and you haven't yet received it, please do the following:

  (a) first, check your bank or credit card account again;

  (b) then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  Shipping Costs

  We don't refund shipping costs for orders or returns. You are responsible to pay for shipping your return. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we'll receive your return.
