I received a Joker Mastercard as a gift from my employers in Dec 2022, I went to register it and there was an error. Upon further inspection I could see that the card had been used fraudulently in Dubi. I logged a complaint with Joker and was told 30-90 days and I would have an answer. 90 days rolls around and they message me saying that it was in fact as I had mentioned they will receive a refund with in 30 days and I would be informed of the next steps. 30 days rolls around and I reach out they message me back and say that they will be sending me a new card and I should receive it with in 10-14 days. Keep in mind this has already been 4 months, I follow up with them again 3 weeks later again told 10-14 days for a new card. I have had conversations with representatives and have followed up with emails and no one is getting back to me. My concern now lies here, this company has received the original $500 for the card, they have been reimbursed for the $500, they play games and refuse to send a replacement card and they now have $1000. If they are doing this to me how many other people is Joker CC doing this to? at what point is this considered theft or at the very lease insurance fraud, as they would be putting in a claim and not refunding once this has been rectified on their side. It's not like I am asking them to do much I just would love to be able to spend the funds that were given to me and not follow up with a company that has no desire to do the right thing. If required I would be happy to send in copies of all communications I have had with the company on the past 9 months regarding this.

Oct of 2022. I received an email with a e gift card from Mastercard. It doesn't work. I could only see the front of the card to take a photo and write down the gift card number, expiration date and cvc code. I have tried using it in person at stores and with on line orders. Nothing will work to use the funds on the e card debit card. I cannot access the card to show up again on their site when needing to type in the activation code. It says it been activated. There are no numbers or email given on any internet search that we could find to contact MasterCard about this issue and get any help. I called a general number and they have sent me to a gift card department but have been on hold for over an hour. We have 2 of these e gift cards and neither of them will work. Both are from Mastercard.

I have been a customer for years but I have had a problem with my card being compromised. As soon as I received a new card another attempt was made. I spoke with a guy named Jeff for over 35 minutes and told him my card was compromised and I only used it at 2 places Amazon and Ebay. He told me it was declined but that was because of the compromise. I do not know who is doing it and I do have the dates on my phone to show each transaction and attempt made. I told them to cancel my card and they said they would send me a refund. They told me the refund was on my card but it keeps getting deducted. No one is helping me to resolve this issues.

Dear BBB Rep, please help. This is fraud & I'm being given the runaround over the past 3 months. I purchased a $500 Mastercard Gift Card. I went online to register the card. I noticed that the gift balance on the card was showing $13.00 (not $500). I called the number on the back of the card ###-###-#### to file a dispute. They asked for the last 8 #'s on back of card- so I am providing that to help with the investigation: Last 8 digits on my card are: ********. The entire number on the front of the card is as follows: **** **** **** **** & expiration date shows 01/28. On 12/31/21 I filed a dispute. I told them that a $13 balance was showing on a new $500 gift card. The rep did some research to look at charges made on the card. I reside in San Diego County. All of the card activity was fraudulently charged/made in San Jacinto County- specifically Hemet, CA. That's over an hour and 1/2 away. I follow-ed up & talked with customer service again on 12/31/21 and the reassured me that the card will be replaced showing then initial $500 balance. I have followed up a number of times only to be given the runaround. I still have the original card. Every time that I call, I'm given the runaround and transferred to different reps. It is clear that all of the charges made happened in another county & that's on their record- they won't dispute that. Please help me resolve this issue so I can have a new replacement card. Please call or email me if there's any way that I can help for this to go forward & to help get this resolved. Their behavior is wrong & unethical. Thank you in advance. Call/email me anytime. Respectfully, ******
