      I needed a 10 ft. vinyl banner for an event. I had never used signs.com before, but found their platform easy to use/design in. I did lose my design once early on in the process, but that was my fault; once I signed in properly and saved the design, there was no issue. I uploaded a couple pngs (graphic and QR code), otherwise used their text options. I was a little worried how the graphic would print out because of the large size and the warning I was getting from their system that it might be blurry, but it turned out great! So, so happy with the finished product!! Also impressed with the fast turnaround time. Will use them again if the need arises.

      Incredible turnaround time. The only issue was the cost of shipping. I needed the poster in 2 days. I had to pay $80. Seems to me the cost of the poster should have been higher w normal shipping cost. That said, they did a h*** of a good job.

      You never sent my QR code vinyl. I just discovered this the week it was to be installed. I talked with you multiple times about it and you agreed to send it un-weeded. I looked in my order history, and it still is marked as pending. Terrible service!Beyond this, my store-front logo file was cut in half, making it impossible to install accurately. The cut does NOT match the proof I was sent. I feel as if I should be refunded for the $123 QR code I was never sent and for the $81.68 101" logo that I will have to install inaccurately.I bet that won't happen. Absurd!

      This company has an awful design platform and even worse customer service. My designs would not save in the system. It took a week and about 3 hours a day to get the situation fixed. Each person in and of themselves were fine, but no one communicated with each other. I thought things were handled by one CSR then I got emails from others. They kept wanting me to approve proof that were terrible and they weren't fixing them. The whole process was confusing and infuriating. Finally a supervisor was able to get things done, but that was another 1 1/2 hours on the phone. I was told by the supervisor and one of the CSRs that they would keep an eye on my order and send a message when the real proofs were ready for approval. That never happened. I am still getting automated emails from them, and I'm not talking one or two...I'm talking...6 an hour telling me to order my banners that have already been ordered. I can't block them yet since I might actually get a legitimate email about my order, but I will be as soon as I get my banners. I also logged on this morning and saw that one of my proof doesn't look like what I approved on Friday, so I'm hoping it actual looks OK in print. It has a white border that wasn't there before. All in all this was a terrible experience. I don't know how this company has a good rating. I had issues last year and should have know better this year. They send you surveys and they clearly only post the good scores. Mine from last year and this year never showed up that I have found. If you are custom designing or planning to use the design tool I would run the other direction. Even the supervisor I worked with over the phone couldn't get it to work right.

      **************** is not good at all. Uploaded dark green designs and the product came in a very dark grey/almost black. So much for their "100% satisfaction guarantee." I keep getting brushed off. Initially they asked for 2 business days to review. No response on day 3. I called 4 business days later and after a ***** minute call was told someone would be in touch. Then they emailed to say give us 5 business days to review. I emailed on day 6 and no response. Called on business day 7 and was told that the manager for that department isn't in the office but that production said everything was printed correctly, it just looks basically black. They said the manager will call me back the next day. We shall see...

      They shipped us the wrong products and while we did eventually receive replacements, it took a week and a half to get a very obvious error fixed. Support just kept saying someone would be in contact, but they never were unless I contacted them first. Also, quality control could use some improvement. Both the signs and banner we ordered were poorly cut, with visible white space around one edge of the cut line. The banner was seamed MUCH closer to the art than the preview I approved indicated.

      We have ordered from Signs.com many times in the past. They have the best prices and quality for banners, flags, window clings, etc. Our most recent purchase was 2 flat bases for feather flags we had previously purchased from Signs.com. We received the order on time and are happy with the product.

      I'm simply impressed. Easy ordering, fast shipping. I had it in less than a week!The packaging was impressive, thick cardboard...even heavy duty stabled and the big poster I had made was rolled up nice and protected. I am ecstatic!! For the price, this blows away even more expensive print shops. I will be buying again and highly recommend.

      The banners have made our business look like a much bigger business than we are! I highly recommend these signs. They are of great quality and Signs .com was super easy to work with!
