            I placed an order for ODR Skis on 1/18/2023, order #****. Once received, I realized they didn't fit me. I mailed the skis back on 2/1/2023, per their instructions, via UPS, tracking #******************. The return was received on 2/1/2023. On February 19, 2023, I received this email from the ODR Ski company: Hi ******, We received your return request and noticed that you purchased route protection so you can file a claim through them for your refund process. Please reach out if you have any further questions-Lency. Instead of refunding me per their policy which states the refund is done immediately upon receipt of the return, they are asking me to file a fraudulent insurance claim in order to receive my money back. To resolve this, I want the ODR Ski company to issue the refund. I refuse to file a fraudulent insurance claim! Thank you!

            My skis were supposed to be shipped in 48 hours its been over a week and no skis. I have been trying to get a refund since there is no time table on when my skis will be here. If you are looking for a reliable company this is not the place.
