not enough characters for all details but my car had a click/rattle noise when accelerating (as shown in the bill description) NO MENTION ABOUT MY CAR SHAKING. Dropped car at 11:30 called me 11:58 said need fix cv ************ I said if you can finish by 4 yes otherwise tomorrow am I can come back he said I can do that I get call 4:09 they ordered wrong parts , he can get right parts in 30 min but more expensive. Frustrated,I said no I need to pick my kids up I told you this from the beginning, I need my car now when Will you have my car put back together? He said one hour. 5:30 I get there to pick up my car, hes like lets do the paperwork? Im like what paper work, he said the total & im like WHAT?do you mean!! I told you I did not want you to fix it I had no more time today wtf. Hes like this is how you talked on the phone you said to fix it 1. How did he confirm my car would be out together in an hour if he didnt understand what I was saying on the call earlier?? 2.if he in fact fixed what I was being charged , parts wouldve gotten there eta 4:49 (30 min after he called to ask if I wanted them to order the correct ****** ****** got all that work done in less than an hour ?? HMM. my car was shaking when I drove off (they close at 6) I couldnt bring it till the morning , I told him its ************ said the manager said were done with you . I went OFF, gave him a peace of my mind & yes I was disrespectful bc it was one think after another . I told him my tone or strong expression , doesnt charge the facts of this situation. Almost 2k after I originally declined for the work to be done, they refuse to correct an obvious problem they caused in my car. I dont believe they got the job done in the tiny time space, especially after they order wrong *************** with something I did not agree to Not to mention again all the above .. this is not okay, it is not okay. Ive taken my 3 BMWs since maybe 2018 to Big O in ******, never had an issue
