      We sat through a 90 minute presentation last year with the promise of a ************ vacation. We met with *********************** and ended up signing up for the minimum package. I had asked my sales representative on several occasions for the information to fulfill our promised trip. He always deflected saying it was in an email but I never had said email, then it was that hed get back to me and eventually no response at all. It was infuriating. Ive been trying to reach out as we have been planning to go to ************ this October but have not heard back at all. Ive been emailed, sent a ******** message, called the two different phone numbers I could fine and left messages for a ****** and ******** as well as sending a text to a ******* at the phone number that the customer service option gave when calling the main line. Im not surprised as seeing all of these other reviews I should have known better. I didnt file a complaint until now because I didnt know that I could do that, Id never heard of this. We are trying to go to ************ and already had this trip promised so Ive been trying to contact them recently and without any response stumbled upon the BBB page from my ****** search.

      I called Jet Blue Airlines to make a flight reservation. I was speaking with Mini *****, who said she was an authorized reservation agent when I inquired. I booked my reservation, which was $684.40 through Jet Blue. She was adding $130.23. She said it was for taxes. I verified online that the $684.40 included taxes through Jet Blue. When confronting her about this she insisted it was taxes. She lied. I am attempting to get my refund. The flight was cancelled, but no signs of the $130.23 refunded. This is a fraudulent move by either Global Travel, ************ or Jet Blue. BUYER BEWARE. Global Travel was double charging for taxes and fees which Jet Blue already charged. I have only emails, no documents, etc. If needed I will forward.

      We believe this complaint is misdirected, as they state in their complaint that ************** reservation directly through Jet Blue.  Also I cannot find any record of them in our system.  

      If they are members, they could book travel through our website, however, if they choose to book directly through Jet Blue we have no way to assist.

      Was contacted by Global Travel Network, sit through the 90 minute presentation for a 4 day 3 night all inclusive trip to include airfare. I was told I would receive the email within 12/48 hours. The presentation was ***** 27,2022 and no email since that date with the information on our trip and they will not respond to me.

      We received the check-in sheet on March 19 after listening to the ****************************************************************************** the mail. The email states the package will be mailed 2-3 weeks after returning the completed check-in sheet. I emailed the completed check-in sheet back on March 23rd. We are almost 5 weeks after returning the check-in sheet and we still have not received the offer in the mail. I reached out via email on April 17th to verify the check-in sheet was received and after 1 week no response from Global Travel Network.

      We received the after visit form from ************************* and sent the certificate on 04/07/2022.  I will have the certificate resent asap, and will follow up to ensure they receive their promotion.

      We were promised a trip to ********** ****************** if we attended the one and a 1/2 hour online seminar. We were told we received the packet within a week! it's been almost a month and have not received anything!

      After the visit we sent out an after visit form for them to select the promotion they wanted, and we never got that back.  I have resent that to them, once we get it back the promotion will be mailed out to them.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The business never sent out the form in the 1st place!! I have searched mine and my wife's Spam and inbox folders for email for the original! Yes an email finally got sent out with a form to complete. The problem is they said after they receive the format could take up to 2 weeks to receive our packet and you the Better Business Bureau said we only have 7 days to answer!! Not sure what action to take next since I might not receive packet during those 7 days!Sincerely,

      The company contacted me saying that I won free tickets to a theme park 4 of them to any theme park says if I attend the zoom meeting I will receive airfare round trip for four people and hotel stay so we chose ******** universal studios theme park and attended the meeting it was supposed to be 90 min long but was much longer then we never received vacation was told no purchase necessary they lie to people

      I recieved offer from global travel network and was offered to see a presentation. They informed me regardless of my decision to sign up that I would recieve California disney park passes, hotel stay, and airfare. I watched presentation and it was not the right fit for our family. I was told to fill out the forms and submit them. I did that and emailed the forms in. I was informed to wait several weeks for my passes in the mail. This was October 27th and I still have recieved nothing. I try to call every number I can find, but no answer. There is no way to get ahold of anyone with this company. Very frustrating experience so far.

      On 10/21/2021 I filled out a form to expedite a request for a passport. The website accepted my information and subsequently charged me $49 with a promise of an error-free passport request form within 3-5 business days. It has now been 14 business days, and still nothing. I cannot trace this transaction in any manner except through my credit card ************* no provider phone number was available.

      We don't do any passport issuing or assistance. They must be mistaken as to the company they were working with.
