We are filing the complaint against the factoring unit of this company. Our contract expired 6/11 and this company needs to provide us with Letter of Release (LOR). Without the LOR, we are forced to stop operations. Company is creating artificial roadblocks and is not communicating with us holding us hostage. Hundreds of trucking companies have the same complaint.

In early December of 2021, I was recruited to CR ENGLAND to learn how to drive Commercial vehicles and thus earn my CDL. In return for going through their school, I was then supposed to work there for a year as compensation vs paying almost 6k in schooling fees. The training lasted about 7 days, in which I was taught how to perform a Pre-Trip Inspection and the following backing maneuvers: Straight Back, Offset, and Parallel. I Was then sent off with a mentor for 4 weeks. In the following four weeks of training, I received a lot of practical driving experience. Once the Mentorship was completed I was sent to Laredo Texas for the company's final assessment. I have already received my official CDL-A by this point, this was just for being hired by CR England. While I went through their upgrade process I was asked to perform a backing maneuver (45-45) I was shown all of twice in my four weeks with my mentor. I informed the instructor Juan that I did not have this skill as It was never taught to me in a fashion that would allow me to be able to practice it. They asked if my mentor had shown it to me, which he had but I was never allowed to practice it. This is not something you can learn through osmosis. He waved my concerns away and walked me through the process so that I passed their exam. Three months later I got into an accident and was forced to go through a safety course and driving test. Both of which I passed. Then I was asked to perform the 45-45. So I told the proctor that I was ever taught this skill. He walked me through it and allowed me to practice it twice before taking the test. In his own words, I performed it almost perfectly but it wasn't quite right and thus I failed. I then got a call from HR letting me go for failing the test. My continued employment was predicated on a skill I was never taught. Now they are trying to charge 6k for not teaching me a skill that turns out was required knowledge. This seems wrong and dangerous and a bit of scam.

When I signed up for Truck Driving School I was aware that I would have to pay back a debt. However, the Comoany had an issue with their simulated training videos program that continuously stated I was not completing my training. I even had my trainer validate and verify that I had done my training however C.R. England refused to believe there was an issue with their system and would not allow me to drive. I did not see a credit report within the first year which is the reason I never complained. I loved to another company and began to drive there with no issues. Now I am being expected to continue to pay C.R. England when they are the ones who had disregarded a valid complaint, and one that could have been handled if they had taken the time to consider that the person they had placed in charge of my training, was also telling the truth in regards to my training having be been completed. All I want is the credit account struck from my record. I did what was asked of me and therefor did not breach the contract. The company did by not holding up their end of the bargain.

I took a contract with CR England for a year and once I completed my year they would pay off the rest of the loan and my year ended in July I’ve since try to contact them some times I’ve succeeded but most time I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone. The times I’ve contacted them they’ve told me I completed my year and they will pay it off 2 months go by nothing. So I called again and they told me it will be off my report by mid October we are now in mid November and it’s still on my credit report I now can’t get ahold of anyone now
