On November 17, 2021 I returned a parka to skaggs for a credit to my card. It was received November 23, 2021 and scanned by skaggs. I have given them the tracking number as proof. I still haven't received a credit of $181. I've called several times, every time I get the same answer. We're working on it, call back in a couple days. Then the whole process repeats. It's been 6 weeks of the same. I just want my card credited. I've proved to them that they have parka. Thank youInitial Complaint

I placed a postal uniform order in January 2021. One item (waterproof postal pants, price $180.00) was on back order. I received a few emails letting me know my order was still processing. I called on 8/9/21 to find out why I never received the item. I was told my order was cancelled. In March 2021, I received an email that my card was declined. I called and spoke to a representative. The card declined because when i originally placed the order I had to charge $4.80 to a personal card because the total order amount was more than my uniform allowance. When I received the email about my card declining I called and explained everything to a representative. She took care of everything on the phone. Now they say that my card declined a second time but I never received an email stating that. And they said that after no contact for 30 days they cancelled my order. Again, I never received an email stating my order was cancelled. Now I have lost $180.00.
