I purchased a 2018 Chevy Cruze through Access Auto . i paid 5,000 down and 600 monthly, which i now believe was double what I should have been paying. In April and May i paid over 2,000. It was repo'd in April for "non payment" when I was only a month behind. Then Again in may for a "DUI" when I wasn't even driving, I was parked. The dealership took it upon themselves to get my vehicle out of the DMV without even asking me. Then charged me for it. Then come June i was told I owed for 3 months when i had already paid for April and June for over 2,000. I had to because my vehicle was repo'd. I refused to pay triple on two months i had already paid. Then in July, when I wasn't even behind, or was barely behind on a payment because i couldn't pay the amount they were asking, they came to my moms and towed my vehicle illegally. I am researching my rights because I do not have a vehicle and this is the second vehicle I had wrongfully and illegally taken from me. I am now carless, and this business committed not only fraud but violated my right as a consumer. After illegally repoing my car, they fixed it. It wasn't in need of that. It was missing a bumper. But without asking me they had work done on it and added that to my charges. Claiming I owe triple than what i would realistically owe. Now they are selling the vehicle, after researching my rights i found out they were supoosed to notifiy me but didn't.
