            Order an order on the apps using my reward points. The app failed placing my order, but took my points. I filed customer service requests x 3 times without a response. Wasted my time for nothing.

            I placed an order for two bagels and a coffee. I went down the counter picked up some cream cheese pay for my order picked up my coffee and left a tip. I asked about getting the bagels and I was told that they would be brought out to me. I want to be very clear these were just plain Bagels nothing to it just to Bagels put in a paper sack. So every customer before me was waited on and even customers after me where waited on and a small blonde headed girl walk past me ignoring me even though I was the last person left in the restaurant. I asked her if my order had been lost she said that she would go look and found it has been overlooked. She placed the two Bagels in a paper sack and brought them to me and I was upset and said that I don't understand why my order was lost and she turned around and out of the back of her head said sorry! Nothing sincere no attempt to make it right no offering up a free Bagel or coupon or anything of the sort they really do not care!
