      Placed an order a month ago. They took the money out right away but still haven't shipped it yet. I have sent 3 emails to customer service with no response and have spent hours on the phone and nobody picks up. I can't even get ahold anybody to issue a refund. I hate this company so much. Now I have to call my bank and cancel my debit card and get a new one and have them write it off as fraud. I am also a shareholder but I am selling 500 shares today. Helping veterans my a** Do not ever order anything from this company.

      **************** is terrible. They say they will call you back but never do. They do not respond to emails. They keep getting my address wrong and will not respond to emails or calls. They will not let me speak to a manager. **************** makes this service unbearable and I wish I never found them.

      I was received two bags of unsolicited BRC coffee in the mail. There was no explanation nor invoice in the package. I called several times and got a recording that said 113 people were in queue ahead of me. I selected an option to receive a call back, and I never received one. I tried this several times. Nothing. I tried their chat multiple times as well, and could never get through to a live person. It was all just a bot even though I kept asking for a person. I am concerned that someone has used my credit card. Its a purchase this coffee which I in no way want. The customer service is dismal. The ********************** is sub-par. Unrepeatable company.

      Have been a subscription member for going on 3 years. I have never had any issues with any of my orders. I even ordered a shirt once that didn't fit right, and they sent me a new one and told me to donate the incorrect shirt to a veteran. The only complaint I could think of making is stop using DHL, they take forever.

      I get the just black and more then not the kcups I get aren't sealed right and are just flat stall and c*** Work on your QC and put out a product worth the premium price

      I used to go there all the time and buy the salted caramel blend frozen. But but they must have changed the recipe because now it ***** and they have lost my business unless they change it back

      They have terrible customer service. I have tried the chatbot many times only to wait and never get a live person. The coffee tastes horrible. My store-bought coffee is better. In October they held a contest for tickets to Army/Navy Game. Not only did they never announce a winner, but the contest also ended a day before the listed end date with no reason as to why. A gimmick to sell more coffee is my guess, and they never intended to give away the trip to the Army/Navy game. False advertising.

      I cancelled my club membership in 12/21 when my coffee was delivered 8 days after shipment from a warehouse 2 hrs from my home. In April , I got a " please come back " email and relented. My May delivery was 8 days late. I gave it another month. Today is day **************************************************************** integrity?

      I ordered some coffee and 2 weeks later I still hadn't gotten confirmation of my shipment. So I used their chat feature to make contact. I was told that they would have to transfer me to an order resolution specialist and that it would take 72 hrs for them to tell me when my coffee might be shipped. What? Fine I will wait. Nothing, so I get back on the chat feature and speak to a second person who tells me the same thing with what looks like a canned statement. Wait I was already escalated and now does the 72 hrs start again? So I ask to speak with a manager and I swear, no joke, the representative just ignores me and never answers. I exit and come back into the chat, I get the same (second) agent and I say never mind just give me a refund. The agent again sends me canned statements and I say just please refund me or transfer me to a manager and he just ignores me again!!!! I have never ever had such horrible customer service. Who does that? So I decided to call I have been on hold forever. According to the other reviews on this page if I ask for a call back they will not even do that. I want a refund and I want to never deal with them again. Horrible, horrible company.
