      5/17/2024 I tried a free enterprise trial, but when it ended, they charged me over 400 for a product I can't use and refused to refund any of it.

      Date of billing: February 4 2024 Amount: 95.70 Account with Lucid is under *********************, but the email I use normally is ********************. Enrolled online for the monthly rate, but billed for the whole year upfront. It was advertised as a monthly rate when signing up and did not see anywhere that it is billed upfront for the whole year. I contacted Lucid support on March 5, 2024 and they said :Our annual plan is $7.95/month, billed in one lump sum for a total of $95.40/year (7.95 x 12 equals 95.40). Our monthly plan is $9.95/month, billed each month." It's a deceitful practice to advertise a monthly rate and bill for the whole year. I wanted to design a floor plan, but it was not intuitive and lacked some icons for designing a floor plan. I have paid someone else to design my floor plan since then.

      Lucidchart has charged me $101.36 two years in a row (most recent July 27, 2023). While I did accept a 7 days free trial two years ago they continue to charge me with no notices and when I inquired about the charges and to ensure my trial was canceled they state they have no record of the charges or my account. Basically they are charging me annually and are not even confirming what the service is I am unknowingly purchasing.

      Discovered yesterday 11/8/22 that I had been billed $10.61 every single month since November 25,2020. For 2 years this company has been charging without ever sending an email, confirmation of subscription, updated info etc. NOTHING! I did not sign up for their services, did not use their product other than the free version for 1 document over 2 years ago for school project. This is a predatory billing company with numerous similar scams on other people just like me that I am now seeing online. Googling “Lucid chart scam” I quickly found my unauthorised credit card charges for several years were not isolated experiences. They apparently market project management tools but seems they may also be gathering unauthorised data and a great deal of financial information. Their customer service will only apply a 1 time $10.61 refund which is not acceptable for 2 years of charges.

      I signed up to use the "Free" product to make a graph, the invoice I had over 1yr ago said that I would be charged if I didn't cancel, a fee under $100 (see attached email/Invoice). I recently found out that I my card was left on file with them and they charged over $500 3/2021 and again this year. I never authorized them to take over $100 out of my account. I only realized the charges this late because I don't use the card thats on file with them and I have an automatic payment plan. I would like a full refund and the company told me that they will not refund me because it is over 30 days. Misleading information on Invoice/Email and I NEVER would have paid for a service that I never use. I used the Free version for a small project at work and they have now taken over $1000 out of my account, refuse to return it.

      I purchased a one year subscription to LucidChart in 3/2021. Buried in the terms of service was the fact that this was a recurring subscription. I was charged an additional $90+ in 2022. I believe this does not serve the individual but serves this company's profit margin. I have tried to get back the money as I did not use the service at all in 2022. They have denied this refund as they state that it is outside of the two week window of the charge. [email protected] (CourtneyS) is whom I have had correspondance.

      I want a refund from Lucid Chart for unused services. I had to use their software for a school project, and had to sign up for a 1 year membership. I don't want the membership. If they want to keep the money for the portion of the year that's fine, but I want my membership immediately cancelled and membership fees for the remaining portion of the year refunded. I also don't want them to have my credit card on file anymore either. I don't have the right to store my information.

      Hi, Lucidchart charged me a year subscrption when I did not sign up for charged service. This company deceitfully poped up a screen without telling me I would be get charged by clicking the button below, and also they did not metion I would be charged for a yearly subscrption. Also, they did not metion about I would be charged for US dollar. This company's reputation is very horrible, a lot of dispute between customer and billing department, I think they should inform me properly before I sign up a premium subscription. I did not inform at all, (nothing!) about paid subscription and refuse to get a refund according to their Terms of Service, they also did not bother to show me! I want to have a full refund. I never got any information before I signed up for a paid subscription that it would be paid subscription and I did not agree at all about a yearly subscription. It was arbitary. I want to have a full refund. Thank you,

      I paid for an annual subscription totally $575.64. Despite giving written cancellation notice and receiving confirmation, the company refuses to refund the prorated amount and continues to charge a monthly charge. I am a small business owner and do not accept such predatory practices for a large corporation.

      Since April 2020 (that's as far as my bank can see right now) I have been charged $9.95 to my debit card to Lucid. I did not authorize this and have not purchased a subscription from them. I have filled our review form after review form on their website to get this taken care of, but no one ever responds. I have left numerous voicemail messages and no one ever responds. I just got off the phone with my bank and they are submitting this as fraud and cancelling my debit card. I literally had to cancel my card to get these transactions to stop. There is complaint after complaint of the same story when you google to address linked to the name Lucid. They posts links under the negative review and tell everyone sorry but the links they post go to yet another review form for someone to call them - they never call! Something needs to be done PLEASE - they are scamming everyone!
