They will apply for UCC without your consent!!!! Horrible customer service representatives. Once you call them and ask them to terminate the services they have applied for they will simply hang up the call!! SCAMMERS!!

Do not engage in factoring with Fleetsmarts. My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and financially damaging. Despite having my bank account information, ********************** opened an unauthorized account under my business name. They do not understand the basics of factoring and consistently hold onto payments for weeks, even after receiving funds from brokers. This results in significant financial strain and operational delays.Their lack of transparency and professionalism, combined with evasive responses to inquiries, makes them a highly unreliable partner. I strongly advise against using Fleetsmarts for factoring services. Their practices are not only unethical but also potentially illegal, causing undue stress and financial hardship.A class action lawsuit may be necessary to address these issues and hold Fleetsmarts accountable for their actions. BIG SCAM TRUCKERS??DO NOT FACTORING WITH THEM Fleet Smart is the worst factoring company do not factor with them. They are scammers. ************************* General manager review on here is true they not gonna pay you. They wanna scam you. They dont have any fuel cards, apps, factoring, dispatching, they are sitting in there house doing this to people business UCC your business call OTR Solutions they will get you away from them Read the contract read the agreement. Its no year enough. You could leave by simply sending them a notice, but they wont try to send the release papers to you.they will try take money out your account out no where

If I could of give them 0 stars trust me I would of worst company to do both fueling and factoring with no communication if there is a problems with the load that you send to get factoring they will not even let you know there is nothing about their contract that they fallow my contract is almost and I cant wait leave them on god dont even call me about a renew

We are in the process of starting a new transportation business and this company has placed a lien on our company for factoring and fuel cards that were not requested by our company. We have never done business with this company, much less signed any agreement to do business with them. How is it possible to place a lien on our company if we have not ever done business with Fleetsmarts. If you attempt to make contact, the company does not have anyone to answer the phone to research how a lien was placed. I have spoken to other fleet factoring Companies, and this company has a reputation of doing this to new businesses. To me this is more like coercion.

Do NOT do factor or do business with this company as they will make any excuse not to factor your loads and withhold funds we have been dealing with this company and it has been a nightmare. We send in Proof of loads BOL and dont receive our wire for 2-3 days. Anytime you call you can never speak with a supervisor and when you file a complaint for a call back never get a follow up. Please do your research before dealing with these people they are scammers!

This company literally held me hostage until I went out of business factoring department is horrible you don't get to speak to anyone then the mngr tells me your holding up your ******** resign the contract I said no this is my business can I plz get my letter of release they said no wait until invoices are paid off when they have great relationships w the shippers so they are a Extremely bad company plz stay away from this company!
