              I had a counseling appt and I had a drs appt lots earlier since I have lots of medical issues and it took lots longer then I thought it would and ascendant did not care that I have health problems and told me that the nurses can miss comming and I have to have them come it is my health they did not cate

              This clinic dropped my son during one of his worst weeks. His therapist said "he is not going to work hard enough for me, maybe another therapist has openings." This was devastating, as we were referred to this clinic from an inpatient facility when he was discharged. He needs help, and deserves help. When I emailed them to get a new therapist, my email went unanswered. They were less than supportive, and I hope the other therapists at this office are better than the one we were assigned to.
