There is two sides to this review, service and sales. Sales: I truly thought the service section of Ken Garff Ford ******************* would be the worst part, but no it was the sales. I told them I wanted to sell and got it appraised while it still had the check engine light they were fixing. All goes well, they put me at a very low number of 10k (it is worth about *****k when I checked on ***** Blue Book) and tell me to get it appraised again after it is fixed. Stupidly, I listen and come back in two months later (because I am a working citizen and can't spend all my time at the dealership). **** was kind, and helpful, but things went south when Sales Manager **************** came to talk with me about the car. First thing he did was break my sun roof. Mind you, I have used the sunroof a grand total of one time, and it closed, but when he comes back from looking at the car (the same way they did two months before) it suddenly won't close. I brush past this, and ask what is the number, I get told *****k, firm on 11k. He immediately starts explaining the car market to me as if I'd never heard of it. When I keep calm, tell him I know what a market is and my truck is worth 12k so why is that not offered, he then explains COVID car market, and why they have so many trucks. Again, as if I am a child, and not an informed adult that had this information going in, He tells me there is no budge and I tell him I am good, no deal.That's when I remember the sun roof. I walk back in, ask if he is just going to leave it down and broken. He says he can schedule a service to close it but not today. I clarify my sun roof was fine when I brought it in and now won't close and he is telling me to drive off the property with it open and won't help me fix it? He tells me he didn't break it, and he is standing firm on the 11k. Excuse me? Not only has he been condescending the entire interaction, but he broke my sun roof and ignores what I am asking.Review from Rinn P

I purchased a car from this dealer on 4/16/24. I came back that day and realized that the dealer salesman had mounted the incorrect plates and placed the wrong registration of another individual and car inside my dashboard. I emailed and called them the next day to have the issue resolved. Fortunately, they realized their mistake and had the proper temporary plates and registration delivered to me the following business day.As if that is not enough, I have still not received my registration and permanent plates yet from the **** On 5/16/24 (exactly 1 month) from the date of purchase of the vehicle, i got a call from one of the staff members named *********************. Turns out, the dealer did not take proper documentation/pictures of the emission label, VIN number and everything else needed to submit to the **** Guess what? These morons asked me to send them everything which I DID. I was told then that they had submitted everything to the *** on 5/22/24 and that it should take 2-3 weeks to receive my permanent plates. STILL NOTHING!I have bought over 4 cars in the last 2 years and never once had to deal with such incompetent losers in which the customer has to chase them around and do their work for them. I will wait another 2 weeks patiently and pursue legal action if necessary to rectify this matter.Review from Chris B

We had a horrible experience with this collision center. We were told repairs would take two days. Due to several part errors, the repair kept getting delayed. We received only one call during the eight days they had our car. We kept getting told they would call with an update but we had to call to find out the status of our car. We were told they would have the vehicle ready first thing in the morning. When we arrived a few hours after opening hours it was still not ready. The "We Treat You Better" slogan from ***** was certainly not true in our experience.Review from Yevgeniy K

I HAD A 2021 *** SPORTAGE ON THE ***** PROGRAM WHOSE TERM WAS GOING TO END IN MID JUNE 2024. WENT TO THE DEALERSHIIP TO SEE WHAT WAS AVAILABLE..******** WAS TRYING TO GET US INTO ANOTHER CAR WHICH WAS UNDERSTANDABLE. BOTH MY WIFE AND I TOLD HIM WE WERE NOT IN THE MARKET TO BUY BUT TO ***** ANOTHER VEHICLE. HE STARTED WORKING THE NUMBERS AND WE REPEATEDLY ASKED HIM ABOUT BALANCE ON THE OLD ***** AND HE REPONDED WITH HE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT. LONG STORY SHORT WE FOUND ANOTHER CAR AND WAS GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS OF THE FINANCING. MET WITH THE ******* GUY WHO WAS WALKING US THROUGH THE PROCESS AS IF WE WERE PUCHASING THE VEHICLE. WE INFORMED HIM WE WERE NOT PURCHASING BUT LEASING ANOTHER VEHICLE. HE WAS SURPRISED AND LEFT TO VERIFY. HE RETURNED AND WE CONTINUED. WE ASKED AGAIN ABOUT THE ***** PAYMENTS ON THE OTHER CAR AND ONCE AGAIN WERE ASSURED IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARED OF. WEEKS LATER, I RECEIVED A BILL FROM *** ******* FOR THE 2021 VEHICLE. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED BOTH ******* GUY AND SALESMAN TO EXPLAIN WHY I RECEIVING THIS BILL. I RECEIVED NO PHONE CALLS BACK. FINALLY I WENT DOWN IN PERSON TO QUESTION THIS AND GOT TO MEET SALESMAN WHO PUT ******* GUY ON SPEAKER PHONE. I WAS TOLD, BOTTOM LINE, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY OUT THE ***** ON A CAR THAT IS NO LONGER IN MY POSSESSION PLUS MAKE MY NEW ***** PAYMENT. WHEN ASKED ABOUT THE "DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT" WHICH WE WERE TOLD, NO ONE ANSWERED. I STATED WHAT IDIOT WOULD KNOWINGLY GET A NEW ***** AND STILL PAY THE OLD ONE OFF. WOULDN'T A PERSON KNOWING THAT HE HAD TO PAY OFF THE OLD ***** WAIT TILL IT WAS PAID OFF BEFORE ENTERING A NEW ***** AGREEMENT? Purchasing a brand new vehicle from this place has left me feeling cheated!! I walked in with my own check and a trade in and as soon as they found out I didnt need their financing , I immediately became prey. The vehicle price was raised $11,000 more than what it was supposed to be. They ran my credit anyways unauthorized without my permission. I provided my information because they claimed they wanted to verify my identity, not to run my credit. This was very upsetting. After explaining my frustration to the manager, he was not accommodating or apologetic because they train their salesmen to find a way to get customers to use their financing. This horrible experience has traumatized me. All the manager had to say was dispute it, which I have and still been unsuccessful getting the hard inquiries removed. This dealership is ALL about how they can make more money off of you. They charged me $51,000 for a vehicle that should have not been any more than $40,000. Look up the price of a brand new ****************** and see what the average price is for yourself. Ive been completely ripped off. This is a huge ****** Ive learned. I will never recommend this place to others as they do NOT care about your needs or customer satisfaction! Please dont make the mistake I did by going here!Review from Louis B

place me in a car that I did not do a ride along with the salesman **** and I went over every inch of the interior of the car size of the broken windshield it looked OK but the car I drove away in was not my car because the windshield was not broken and it would have been improper possible to fix the window in that short of time so all I want to do now is if they still have the ****** Rogue with the broken window I would I want to change it for that rogue but if not I would like to get another rogue at the same price that I receive the other rogue which I was tricked into getting even though I called every day I called two other king *********************** places they wouldn't speak to me they told me to go back and speak speak with ******* or ******* which I done an they just treat me like I was stupid or something and to let you know that I'm not the person that make up stuff I told everybody that everyone that worked there that I used to work at the ************************* side in ******* the *** manager it turns out that ******* trained me three months that I have worked there so I know I was not trying to get anything for free I just want the car that I looked at trade it back to that car and if not IReview from Maria A

Horrible customer service! Service advisor needs to get additional training on providing better customer service. Experienced and certified mechanics should know to test drive vehicles before releasing back to owner.Review from Neda F

The alarming deficiencies in service and professionalism I experienced during my recent visit to the ********************** center not only failed to meet basic standards of competency but also revealed a disturbing pattern of misconduct, notably spearheaded by ***** and ****, whose actions have single-handedly tarnished this establishment's reputation.My visit to the ************** center was marred by incompetence and negligence, culminating in a potentially life-threatening error with my vehicle. My car was in perfect working condition prior visiting ************** for my Oil Change/Tire Rotation routine maintenance visit. During my last service visit for Oil Change/Tire Rotation, I was informed by *************** service advisor that my vehicle's transmission was under recall and required replacement. Trusting the expertise and advice provided from **************s advisor, ************** proceeded to perform the work they advised to have done. It is imperative to highlight the consequential ramifications of the unnecessary work performed on my vehicle under the guise of a non-existent recall, which was advised by *************** Service Advisor. This erroneous decision directly contributed to the hazardous malfunctioning of my vehicle, posing a severe safety risk.I went back to have ************** to have them fix their botched work that has not only created these new functionality issues but has also created and caused my vehicle to have this potential life threatening issue. **************s (specifically ***** and ****) subsequent refusal to honor warranty coverage and provide adequate assistance further underscores the lack of integrity and accountability within **************'s organization.**************s (specifically ***** and ****) failure to address a legitimate safety concern within the bounds of warranty coverage is a blatant breach of trust and indicative of a systemic issue within your **************'s establishment.
