I ordered Peejamas and paid for the fastest shipping. My order didn’t arrive when it was supposed to, but a couple days later is marked as “delivered”, but nothing got delivered to us. It says it was delivered to Sumner, I don’t even live there! I contact Peejamas on Instagram and email and never got a reply. Their contact phone number goes straight to voicemail. What a horrible experience, extremely poor customer service. I want my money back!Initial Complaint

I pre-ordered Peejama’s potty training pajamas back in March 2023. I received an email regarding shipment in May 2023 that they will be shipping out in next few weeks. I received another email saying they will start shipping out. I emailed and messages the company’s contacts but they have been giving me the run around and I still haven’t received my products in August. The contact person responded that they will “guarantee” my order will ship out and I waited two weeks with no shipment or any update. This company has been irresponsible and very shady about the whole process. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a business. I either want compensation with my products or want my full refund.
