On January 11, 2022, we received our order of custom mugs with our business logo from JJ Potts. Unfortunately, there were a few issues. We were invoiced (and paid) for 38 total mugs. We were sent 2 mugs early (as a favor, which we appreciated), however, the final shipment shipment only contained 32 of our mugs (plus an extra mug that belongs to another company/not our logo). So in total, we received 34 mugs with our logo. Therefore, we were overbilled $48 ($12 per mug). In addition, we were able to choose 3 colors for our mugs. Our order requested “Blue Spruce”, "Briquette", and "Thunder" colored mugs. What we actually received (both shipments combined) was 13 "Wrangler", 9 "Briquette", and 12 "Thunder" (34 total). We had already announced the blue spruce option to our customers and had several planning to buy that color. I contacted JJ Potts by email on Jan 11, 2022, using both email addresses that they used while corresponding with us during the order process (and the same email addresses they advertise on their site). I included photos of what we received, the invoice they sent, and previous conversations where we specified the colors we wanted. I also copied my wife on the email. They did not reply. I followed up on Jan 18th. Again, no reply. During the order process, they had also contacted us by text. We tried to contact them by text on Jan 21, 25, 27, and 31. Again, no reply. I also tried calling their phone number on Feb 2 and got their voicemail. I left a message. No response. I am very easy to work with and would have accepted some sort of compromise. But I'm shocked that they have made no effort to respond in any way since our first attempt to reach them over a month ago. We were looking forward to having the "Blue Spruce" mugs as we already owned some mugs that color that were not our logo (this is how we found JJ Potts). Billing for 4 extra mugs that we didn't receive is bad enough, but sending 13 mugs with the wrong color is very disappointing.
