Company is now bankrupt with no info sent to me as a client. I spent over $20000 on solar panels that are now not maintained nor monitored (the monitoring equipment is defective). I need to know who to contact and whether there is any chance of recompense since I, as others, spent a great deal of money on a product that has been rug-pulled and cannot afford to repurchase the equipment from a reputable company.Initial Complaint

Auric Solar installed my panels and system in fall, 2017. Last month, when I noticed my excess credits were far below the 3,000 kWh I usually have in the cold months, I investigated further and found out Auric filed for Title 7 bankruptcy in 2020. For the first time in 5 years, I will have an electric bill (~$150-200, and I keep the thermostat at 55 degrees). Customers such as myself lost their annual maintenance agreement and 25-year warranty on panels. However, I can’t find out for sure. ******************************************************************************************************************* There are many complaints on this BBB site. It seems I’m not alone in my quandary. ************************************************************************************************************** My solar was not maintained as promised. It stopped producing as it had been in 2022 and I could not reach anyone from the company. Because it stopped working, my zero electric bill will now be hundreds of dollars each month. The reporting software by Enphase also stopped working in 2020, and no one will fix it despite many requests. I refinanced my home in order to pay off solar expenses. Now I also have high electric bills, which ceased in 2017 after solar installation. The salesman who sold me this system is not responding to my texts even though he is an active real estate agent in the Treasure Valley.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to reach AURIC solar for a long time to no avail. come to find out, they went bankrupt. What do I do now? I was told someone would come by for maintenance once a year and have not seen anyone. I am at a loss and cannot afford to do this all over again.Initial Complaint

Company went out of business and cannot honor their warranty. Several panels are under producing an inverter is broken. A lifetime warranty is worthless. Very expensive.Initial Complaint

We had them install solar for us in Nov 2019. They made all sorts of promises about their product and their warranty. Come to find out they have closed and we are still paying for our solar without any type of warranty. If they break or we need to get a new roof we have no one to contact at all. They told us that another company was taking over for them and we would be taken care of but that has not happened at all. We are now stuck with useless panels on our house that we are paying for. They need to be found liable for it and their owners need to make this right.Initial Complaint

The company has gone out of business and I don't know who is in charge of our solar panels anymore. We are trying to sell our home but not sure what to do about the panels since I can't contact anyone.Initial Complaint

We purchased solar panels from Auric Solar in June of 2016. We were told this was a 25 year warranty on the panels. Since that time, Auric Solar has declared bankruptcy and the company that they used for the solar panels is also no longer in business, so once again no warranty on the solar panels. We had one of the Solar panels that was producing 25% less than it should have been. We did find a company to replace it but we had to pay for it ourselves. That happened in 2020. We paid around $39,000.00 for our solar panels. The warranty is no longer valid because the company is not around any longer. Now, it appears we have no warranty and we will need a new roof within a few years and we have no one to go to for recommendations or warranty on our panels. Is there a company that is taking over for Auric Solar? Is there anyone that we can go to for our warranty on these panels? We still have a loan on the panels that we are paying for and yet we have no one that can service them. We want to have someone that can provide warranty help with these panels or else provide a refund for the excessive amount that we spent with no support.
