      I purchased a backpack from Nomatic. It arrived with a defective part. I contacted Nomatic on 4/19/2022 (within 30 days of receiving the defective unit) to resolve the issue. On 6/2/2022 I received an email asking me to send back the defective part. I have followed up via email on 6/6/2022, 6/15/2022, and 6/27/2022, all with no response. I'm left with a backpack without the internal "ladder" part, which makes the $534 purchase WORTHLESS. I either want a replacement "ladder" part or a refund for the entire purchase amount. From their kickstarter page: "We offer a 30 day no risk return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the product within 30 days of receiving your order, simply send it back and we will refund you the product cost, no questions asked. But don't worry, we know you are going to love it!"

      I have filed a warranty claim for defective backpack purchased in 2018 (with lifetime warranty for defects) 8 weeks ago. Received one email saying they received my claim at that time, but NO further communications and no clear / easy method of communicating with the company or customer service department. Can't get any further response from them.

      I have purchased a bag over I believe 2 months and never received. I already contacted this business so many times and never received a refund nor the product. I want a refund at this moment.

      On April 20th I made a bulk purchase of items from the Nomatic website. None of the items were listed as out of stock or on back order. The shipping I selected was free standard shipping 7-10 business days. In that time frame I only received 2 of 4 items from my order. It’s been 5 weeks and I have still not yet received the Garment Bag or the Rolling Suitcase totaling around $600.00 paid in full. I have attempted to contact the company several times over the past month. A phone number is not provided on their website, so I have sent several emails and completed an online form to report the missing items. As of today I’ve yet to receive any correspondence from Nomatic regarding these missing items or delivery estimation. Please help me get the items I have paid for, or receive a refund if necessary. At this point I feel as though I’ve been defrauded.

      Backed a Kickstarter project by the company in April 2021. Slated delivery was October 2021. It’s now May 2022 and it’s one excuse after another as to why it’s not shipped. They’ve even claimed an entire container was lost and even provided a fake ups tracking number. Company refuses to refund even though the item hasn’t shipped.

      My sister, ******* ********, purchased a NOMATIC backpack for me on 5/1/19 (order #******). The backpack came with a Lifetime Warranty provided by NOMATIC for any manufacturing defects. In November of 2021 a zipper on the backpack broke out of the stitching rendering it unusable. I filed a warranty claim (#****) in November and it was finally approved by NOMATIC and confirmed via email on 1/4/22. I was provided with a new order number (#******) for the warranty replacement item and advised it would take 2-3 business days for the item to ship and 5-7 days for delivery. I checked back in with NOMATIC via email on 2/14/22 for a status since i had not received the back or any shipping/tracking information. I was told the item was out of stock and to please allow 2-4 weeks for the item to ship out. At the end of that period, i have just emailed NOMATIC again on 3/10/22 for another status and was told that i should wait another 1-2 weeks for the replacement item to ship. I have not been without my bag since November and without the promised replacement since 1/4/22. If they will not provide me with the replacement guaranteed to me by their warranty, I would like a refund of my original purchase which was made, in part, due to the warranty guarantee.
