Used to be a reliable company. I guess they got too big or Eric got the wrong people. Sent brakes for rebuild which is what they are known for but they took forever. When I got them back, after 4 phone calls and hours of hold time, they looked like crap and half the parts were missing. I also ordered rotors with caliper rebuild and the order was further delayed and I ultimately wrong. Trying to get the order fixed was ridiculous. Ended up ordering new parts from Germany. Took calipers apart and rebuilt them myself because PMB can't be trusted anymore. I have done my last business with PMB. May the power of competition force you to improve your quality, efficiency and cost! Otherwise be gone!!!

Hi Matt, Please help me learn from your experience. We were in the middle of moving our entire facility during that June 23rd through July 30th ship date and, we did have issues with pistons needing to be replaced but, that's all the exposure I have to this. We had to shut down our plating facility and get new certificates etc. It's been a very trying time for me and the company so I hope you can understand and I thank you for any patience we may have tested. We do have a slew of new people working at the new facility and they are being brought up to speed and trained as best I know how. Holly is coming along extremely well but, I can imagine there have been mis-queues along the way. I have yet to hear about any of these until just now though... Which parts were missing? I'm looking at the receiving photos and I'm only seeing caliper cores. All of the rotors appear to be the correct part numbers for the rare 67-68 911S/L. Pads on the invoice appear to be correct as well. I can tell from your comments that we've obviously upset you. Perhaps we can talk when things settle in. Again, please let me know if there is any way I can assist to make this a better experience. - Eric
