  Date 3/9/2022 Got some oil from there, I asked the lady if it had a money back guarantee, she said yes, I got so sick, dizzy, throwing up, I went in the next day to get my money back, they said no they would not return my money, I have taken CBS for my knee pain for 2 years and have never had a problem.I spent $96.52

  This customer bought 2 of CBD Gel Rollon and Full ********************* in a special where she bought two items and got 1 free.  The price of each item is approximately $45-50 each.  She first stated she took a drop and it made her sick. That story changed several times.  I told her to bring it in and we would refund the unused products.  The first and second item she bought were almost entirely used and the third item was unused. we offered too refund her the third item but she stormed out of the store and didn't accept. We have never received a complaint like this.  Our CBD products are absolutely pure and they are all *************************************** registered.  Our third party lab testing is on our website under testing which is on QRs on every bottle. The employee that attended her has been with us for 7 months and she knows our return policy which is also stated on every receipt.  We went above and beyond our return policy considering we were going to give her the $45 dollars back for an item she got free.

  I only took a little drop in one day, and used the roller one time, they did not even look at the drops in the drops meaning they never took it out of the box, and as for my story changing, it never did, I had the stuff for a day, I did not take all of it in one day, I think they are the ones not telling the true and they never offered to give any money back

  As stated previously we will happily refund the unused roll on for $45. You can come by any time for the refund.  Just bring the unused roll on.
