I got a prescription drug card from Humana. It stated on the card to call this number to let us know you received your ID card. I thought I had the right number but now looking, I was off by 1 number. I waited online forever. Once answered I didn’t hear what he said. I asked if this was Humana and he said yes. He needed my visa# to look up my account, I panicked and asked why. He insisted. He insisted he needed it to verify my account, then said I needed to repeat it for the customer service part. He insisted I would not be charged and to not interrupt him on the recording. I did when the recording said (very fast) to take down this number to cancel your subscription. When it asked me to say yes, I kind of said no then the bully customer service rep said yes. When we got off the recording, I asked about my prescription drug coverage, then he told me to call another number, which turned out to be Direct Tv. I cancelled my debit card so far was charged $4.95, I did hear something about $59 charge, unsure if it was monthly or yearly. I called back that number and another guy answered quietly Savings, I asked if it was Humana he said no. I wanted to report the other man who told me he was and that Financial Experts charged my account. He gave me the number to direct tv. When I called Financial Experts, they said they will call me back as I was not in the system. So, now I have to spend time getting this resolved and hopefully I did not get hacked into by this guy. Hopefully no more money will be withdrawn from my accounts.
