              I contacted Raquel at Heritage Consulting to ask if she would be able to do some genealogy research for me. I gave her all the information she needed while asking. She replied yes and to get started I should send her $900. I did and then as soon as she received the money she stated that she would not be able to take on the case because it would be too difficult. I asked about my refund and she did not reply. I spent several days messaging her and she replied to none of my messages. I called and all calls went to voice mail. They live 1 mile away so the next step is to knock on their door and demand my money back.

              This so called genealogy company has been working on my case for 2 years. The only time Ive ever heard from *********************** is when Ive emailed him. I understood Covid closed down businesses but theyve been open for quite some time and still nothing. All recent emails and phone calls are unanswered. Heritage Consulting owned by *********************** is a complete scam. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!
