I have tried to call Masseys many times to resolve my issue.I never received a response.It all began when someone from their company changed the name on the bill to my husbands name.My husband was only responsible for the Masseys account.Not ****************Not Fifth and Glam.Not ********** and not Masons.The accounts were changed over a couple of years ago.I called them so many times to ask them to change it and nothing was ever resolved.Over the last few months they have started to call my husband and send him bills.I do not know how they were able to contact him because they did not have his phone number.This situation has caused me much aggravation and annoyance as they have never taken any steps to resolve the issue.In the past I have spoken to customer service managers and supervisors and I was completely ignored by all.I am not disputing the money owed just the name on the accounts so they do not bother my husband.Thank you,*********************Business response

In response to the Complaint #********, by *********************. We do have any account reflected in this name or last name. We are one local store in **************, **** and do not carry any in-store accounts. This complaint against **, is not valid. Not sure where this customer did business, but there are several jewelers throughout ****** that *** have same name. There have not been any calls to ** regarding this, we would have responded immediately to any customer concern. Please advise customer.

The website I originally sent you was incorrect.I apologize. The correct one is Masseys.**********.com. They have consistently ignored my requests to have my issues resolved.I did get in touch with a customer service representative yesterday who transferred me to a supervisor. The supervisor assured me I would be hearing from someone shortly. That is all the information I have at this time. Fifth and Glam,Masons.*************** are subsidiaries of Masseys-**********.Their address is ********************************************************Again I am not disputing the money owed.My problem is that someone within the company chose to change the accounts to my husbands name. The only account that was under my husbands name was Masseys I never gave my permission to anyone for them to change the other accounts into my husbands name.This is totally wrong on their part and the only thing that I want is for the accounts (except Masseys)to be turned back to my name. Also I think to be fair Masseys ********** should dismiss all late fees for not helping me sooner.Thank you,*********************
