      First purchased bag on January 14 of 2024 by April 20th of 2024 the bag had fall apart. The seem came out where the strap connects. I contacted the company they provided me another bag and the same thing happened come July of 2024. 2 bags falling apart in a matter of months. The company sells cheap products for an expensive amount and will not provide a refund even though they failed to provide a quality product.

      Hello! We happily warranty our bags against defect and damage for 30 days. It wouldn’t be uncommon to have usual wear and tear on any item that you use regularly for months which seems to be the case in this situation.

      I am rejecting this response because: by only warranting your products for 30-60 days you acknowledge that you provide cheap products that do not hold up to normal wear. This has been proven twice now. I am out money for a product that can no longer be used because it is poorly made. Poorly made products that are severally over priced for not holding up for longer than just a few short months.

      I ordered a ****** bag on June 22nd for $68. Once I received the bag, I kept it in my closet until the day before my vacation. The only reason I bought this bag was to use it on vacation. I packed it up yesterday & this morning I noticed the zipper wasnt closing the bag, one whole side of the bag is open & wont zip up. I literally havent even got to use it to go anywhere besides into the car & the zipper breaks after one day? Definitely not worth $68 & since I see that other people have the same issue, if I wouldve known this was a problem beforehand I would not have purchased this bag. This is the only purse/bag I have for this ******** am already on the road & will have to buy another bag from a store when I get to my destination. I do not recommend this companys bags if theyre this cheaply made.

      I ordered a bag based on all the positive reviews. Received the bag and two zippers messed up on the first try and the bag did not looked exactly like the one pictured. (It looks very cheap in person) I reached out to the company to return it and they approved only to find its $21 to ship it back! Thats half the cost of the bag. I also wrote a bad review about the quality on their site and ********* both reviews wont appear show up. They are blocking all reviews under 4 stars and all negative reviews. This is a deceptive practice as if I real reviews I would never have purchased this bag. I found other comments about this on the BBB site and wish I saw them sooner. I would like the company to send a shipping label and a refund. This company should not filter out negative reviews as that it very misleading to the public!

      I am rejecting this response because: they are not showing negative reviews on their sites so it is not accurate information provided for the customer to make an informed decision.  I will happily return the item for a full refund.  I am asking the business to provide a shipping label.  I understand their refund policy but if I was able to read negative reviews I would not have purchased it so I dont think its acceptable that I should pay to mail it back.  The company should also allow all reviews on their site. It is deceiving to filter those out so customers cant read them.

      I am rejecting this response because:the answer is not factual as they do block negative reviews and do not allow those reviews on the site.  There is another BBB complaint about this too.  I requested a return, Im asking for a prepaid shipping label so I can get a full refund.

      I ordered a handbag from this website, money has already been taken out of my account and have not recieved the product. The tracking number they gave me provides no updates. When I reached out to the company they said my package should arrive on the 25th. It did not and now the company is not replying to any messages. I either want the package or my money back. This company is a scam.
