      Im so disappointed with this bag and company. I received the bag and the material is cheap and not worth the spend. It also arrived with a horrible vinyl smell not true vegan leather. Once taking it out of the packaging I knew this was not something I wanted to keep and requested a refund. This bag was never used and Im happy to return it but the customer service wasnt helpful at all and refused a refund. Im extremely disappointed not only in the bag quality but the company.

      I purchased the ******* bag mainly because the advertisement stated that you could fit an IPAD in it. I travel quite a bit, so it sounded perfect. When I received it, it was impossible to fit a standard IPAD in it. It only measures 8 1/2 inches. I left a comment on their advertisement for this bag stating that it wouldnt fit an IPAD. They immediately responded that it was for a standard IPAD. I Googled the standard size for an IPAD. It was 2 inches larger than 8 1/2. I posted a picture, so potential buyers would be aware that it was not large enough for an IPAD. I even stated I like the bag, but offered the suggestion that they should leave that part out of their video since it wasnt true. My comment was deleted. That bothers me because they are still promoting false advertisement. This is not a good business practice. Therefore, I am leaving them a bad review on here.

      I've had 2 encounters with this company and horrible experiences both times. First time I ordered 2 straps, one of which was out of stock but I wasn't notified of this. When I reached out to them because I only received 1 strap, they said they tried calling me. Weird approach as you'd like i'd get an email re: my order.Second time I received a bag as a gift. The quality was awful. I'd be surprised if this zipper lasts a month of use. I can't even believe they sell these bags at this price point. You can get a nicer one at TJ maxx for $19. When I logged on to start the return process, I learned you only have 14 days (this was over the holidays so from the time he purchased it to the time I opened it and requested a return, it was too late) and they also only give store credit. A big red flag of a company just looking to collect your money and not stand by their product. Will never shop here again.

      ***** ordered for Christmas gift didnt arrive when it was supposed to. It was been a major headache trying to get resolved. I finally told them to forget shipping another one and just refund my money. They will not give me money back. Bag finally arrived after Christmas and I am still dealing with them trying to get returned. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I will not use again.

      I ordered the Remi backpack on Black Friday, Nov 26th and on Dec 23rd one of the hooks broke from the strap. Please keep in mind that I have ordered several purses and backpacks from this women's owned small business and have been super happy with every purchase. Because of my loyalty I thought I my issue would be handled better but in fact it was quite opposite!! I sent them a picture and simply asked if it was possible to replace just the strap. They came back with no and gave me $10 off my next purchase!! What a kick to the face that is!! $10 for a boutique backpack is NOTHING!!! I will stop buying from them - I love giving gifts to friends and family and always try to seek out boutique type stores but this one is no longer my go to!! The bag wasn't even a month old and they think $10 was going to make me happy?!?! WOW.....just wow!!! Buyer be aware!!

      I love how you idiots try to respond to your horrible business. Youre scamming people and knits disgusting. Your product ***** and **** sure doesnt even come close to what youre charging for it. Terrible business. They just want your money and then will send you a bag thats worth $2! Do not buy from them! Waste of time and money. You should be ashamed. Its obvious when you dont have a rating area on your website that youre complete s*** and you know it thats why its not there. Shame on you.

      I bought a few bags and one strap from this boutique. It has been over a month and nearly two months but I have still not received my refund for this strap. They keep lying saying they refunded me but I never got the money so they are really not a good business and are real big liars.I hate this store now. I will never trust them again.

      I received my bag, the zipper didn't close all the way and the center handle is falling off of the bag after less than 8 months of owning it. The customer was terrible. I do not recommend this company
