I ordered these pain patches directly from the Kailo website. I need to return them for a refund, but I had to come here to find a way to contact them. There is no contact information on their website for customer service or returns. That should be a red flag for customers. I don't know whether the product works or not, because it wouldn't stay on. I advise caution when dealing with them.

Hi *******,On October 3rd we responded to your request for a refund with the following message: Hi *******, I am sorry that you were unable to find relief. I hope you will find a good solution for your pain! There are really so many variables in our bodies - hormones, Ph-levels, hair, sweat, humidity, that it is hard to give a definitive answer as to how long and adhesive will last for an individual. Some people can wear them 4-6 times without any issue, but others have trouble with more than one day of use. The good news is that you can use any form of medical adhesive that you prefer, or even hold the Kailo in place with an ace bandage or self adhering tape like CoBan. Sports tape also called zinc oxide tape can also work. We also have customers that like using Tegaderm or Tegaderm HP and even something called wig tape. Another option that our customers really like is is found on Amazon under this description:36 Sheets Adhesive Waterproof Bandage Cover Transparent Stretch Bandage Film Dressing Clear Shower Protector Film Large Disposable Stretch Bandage Cover (6 x 10 Inches) The other option that we offer is called KT-tape. It comes in roll of 30 band aid sized strips and you use two at a time, one on either end of your Kailo. These provide a very strong hold, and can last for days, but they are one time use. So a roll will get you 15 uses. RETURN INFORMATION Please remember you have 90 days from the arrival of your package to test the Kailo Original Patch. If you choose to try any of the tips above and it still doesn't work for you I have included your return information below. Attached is a return authorization form. Please print it, fill it out, and return it along with your Kailo patches and unused adhesives, and any extra unopened 5 or 10 packs of adhesive. (Only unopened and unused 5 and 10 packs of adhesive or rolls of KT-tape are eligible for a refund.) The return address is on the form. Place the form, your patches, the unused adhesives that came with the patch and any adhesive 5 or 10 packs or rolls of KT-tape in an envelope. You should have it weighed at the post office to determine correct postage. It is also wise to get tracking on your package so that you have a record of the return in case the post office loses your return. Please note that all Kailos must be returned, including free ones, in order to receive a full refund. Partial returns will receive partial refunds. Your return authorization number is CNE231003005. Your order number was *******. Once we receive and evaluate your return, we will issue your refund accordingly (this process can take up to 5 business days).
