At the location of **** * ******* **, West Jordan, UT 84084 On Friday Nov 24th My Dad and Mom arrived before my husband and I as it had snowed and I was trying to get two young kids loaded. My Dad and Mom had difficulty getting seated as the booth seats are very close to the table and it was uncomfortable. They asked to be moved. The hosts sat them at a table and told them that my young kids (2.5 and 1) would have to sit on our laps. Two other parties had two tables side by side to sit 5 and 6. There was another large party present with only part of them arriving sitting near us. When my husband and I arrived the waitress saw that our table would not fit us and said we could move another table over. She was great and despite the restaurant picking up she took care of our family. While we were eating the other large party had more arriving so they pulled another table over and utilized the chairs we didn't need from our table leaving to other 4 tops by us empty. The party of 6 left across from us and a party of 4 were seated there leaving still empty 4 tops. When we were getting ready to leave my parents decided to talk to the owner because the rudeness they received when they arrived. The owner lost it in front of everyone on the dining room floor! He yelled at my parents and said that "when you go to a restaurant you follow the rules of the restaurant", "We took a table that belonged to someone else", (which we did not and there was two other empty tables just like it by us, the extra chairs were even utilized by another larger party by us) when we explained that we would not be coming back the owner said Good and yelled at us for not all coming together! (The larger party next to us was also seated without their whole part present) I have never seen an owner act so childish. He was loud and everyone was staring at us. Very embarrassing. The only thing I can think of that made a different than anyone else is that we had children with us.Initial Complaint

On 7/24/23 Debit Card was charged $36.96. Restaurant payment machine circled and circled. Server, Austin, assured that debit card was not charged and Credit Card was charged $36.96. Both charges pended and posted on 7/26/23. Collin, Manager @ Jim's was contacted. He did not process credit of Debit or Credit card charges but offered a Gift Card.Initial Complaint

date: 3/20/2023 1:50pm Amount paid: $54.05 They committed to provide an edible breakfast. We made an order at Jim's family restaurant and the food was burnt an inedible. We ate around the burnt part and told the waitress about it. She took the food with us thinking she would bring it back fixed. She did not. We were charged the full price and when trying to resolve it with the manager, he was very rude and condescending. He refused to even let me talk and said if it was so inedible, they why did we eat bits and pieces of it. He said he didn't care if we liked the food or not and that we shouldn't go back if we didn't. He accused us of being cheap and trying to get out of paying our bill.... all we said we wanted was the order fixed. Invoice: ************ Ticket ***
