I originally met with Tax Time in August of 2020 as I was opening a new business, to have them help me set up my business. They emailed me on 9/11/20 stating the following, "You may receive a few additional forms or confirmation letters from the following agencies: The IRS IRS EFTPS system info Utah State tax commission (withholding and sales tax) Utah State Tax account numbers and pin numbers for the online account. Utah Department of Workforce Services (DWS) Please forward me a copy of any correspondence you receive. This will help to ensure that the different accounts are set up correctly and that you are following protocol regarding the Quarterly and year-end reporting requirements." On 2/25/22 I met w/Bruce at Tax Time to file my business and personal taxes for 2021. At the time he gave me an amount to use for my payroll each month for the year. He told me to contact the office with any questions. On 3/29/22 I received an email from DWS asking to set up my unemployment account. I forwarded this email to Bruce on 4/26/22 and then to Alan on 5/24/22, as I had been originally directed, with no response from either of them. I sent a follow up email to Bruce on 5/12/22 asking again for direction on setting up this acct, and about some quarterly reports he had told me to expect this year that I had not yet received and still have not. No reply. I left several voicemails and messages for Bruce during this time as well. At this point I don't know if my Utah Tax Commission info has been set up, I haven't heard from them. My mail for all of these accounts would be sent directly to Tax Time as they were setting this all up for me with their address. I also don't know if my IRS accounts are set up properly. I did manage to figure out the DWS account and it is in arrears due to late payments and interest. I had a phone call with Alan sometime in May or June where I told him what I needed, he said he would look into it and get back to me. I have not heard anything.
