I do not recommend using Conmigo for short term rental management services. I was familiar with them for a few years before I decided to hire them to manage a few of my properties in *****.They seemed professional in the beginning but I did not get professional service once I was under contract to use their services.Our reviews on our new listings were low ratings and the reason people gave was "poor communications"I was patient through their turnover of 3 local managers and some management turnover at their headquarters. I kept telling them that we can get things back on track by working together.Last month they abruptly closed their ***** operations.The owner cancelled my property listings and future guests (one that was due in a few days for a 4 day stay an hour or two before he sent me a TEXT stating that they have closed operations in *****.They never reached out to me to warn me that this may happen nor did they call to discuss how we could maintain business continuity on a transition of the listings and bookings.I hesitated to post this for over a month now but I felt like I should help other avoid the loss of business and pain that my business suffered from the poor services and management of Conmigo.

We did close down operations in ***** as it was not sustainable from a business perspective as our headquarters are in ****. We found you another manager to take over and transition who was very willing and qualified for the job. You turned her down and said no. We cancelled one booking we could not honor, and were working with the new manager to retain it, but you said no to her and the booking was lost. We also had to send you to collections for furnishing one of your units and buying furniture, supplying labor and cleanings for that unit that you refused to pay for. Best of luck in your business!
