      I was in an vehicle accident and hit by one of there customers . The incident occurred on February 6th around 7pm , it is now march 23rd and my vehicle is still sitting in my drive way damaged and not usable because their claims department has failed to keep in contact with me and I have only gotten excuses on why my vehicle is still sitting . I can never get a hold of their claims rep and when I call the general number to talk to some one I get put on hold for ever and end up just having to hang up . This is all totally unacceptable and costing my or should I say losing my due to not being able to use my truck for work . Legal actions will now proceed

      Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. We value our customers and strive to provide exceptional ***************** I have looked into the situation and after reviewing the policy and claims information can confirm the complainant has been working and communicating with the claims department. I see the issue is that there was no police report filed and they have been unable to confirm the accident occurred or to confirm liability. Without verification that the accident occurred and both parties verifying the details, they were unable to proceed further. Claims did advise complainant to proceed with filing the claim with his carrier on 3/7/2022 as they would be able to address the claim and then proceed with subrogation once liability was cleared. The complainant did not want to proceed as such because he would then be responsible for the deductible. On 3/24/2022 DMA claims spoke to his carrier who confirmed that they would be addressing the claim and handling damages. DMA is continuing to work on resolving the claim with the complainant as quickly as possible.

      They took my money and won't give it back after I cancel my auto insurance and they were rude and mean, and I'm on disability and I have no money and they won't give my money back

      Per the accepted disclosures and listed on the application for insurance that the insured agreed to before purchase of the policy:

      "I understand that I will be charged a $50 cancellation fee if I cancel this policy for any reason or the Company cancels it due to my failure to pay
      any premium when due. This fee is in addition to any premium the Company has earned for the coverage provided by this policy and may be
      deducted from any refund to which I am entitled. When I renew this policy, I understand that the Company will waive any cancellation fees that may
      apply to the renewal policy."

      The money the complaint is referring to is the retained cancellation fee as well as the earned premium for the days covered. All unearned premium was refunded to the insured.
