Hey ********, we have texted you to check in and support you about once a week since you joined. We have sent you 2 welcome boxes (because you said you didnt receive the first one) and have provided support to help you get logged in.
This not something we claim to or can do FOR you. But we are very eager and willing to help you as much as needed with 1-on-1 coaching calls anytime you need.
Please reach out to the student support line if you need additional support getting logged in, or if you would like to book one of your unlimited 1-on-1 coaching calls. We are here to help, but we can only help you if you do your part as well (i.e. watch the videos, schedule coaching calls, complete the homework your coach assigns, etc.)
Hope to see you on a coaching call soon!

IGW Solutions & Six Figure Landlord trying to collect $10,950.00 using an agency collector for a course that I didn't even complete. BE AWARE: this is a new or not reported often strategy that small businesses are using to extortionate their victims! These are "legit" businesses, mostly LLCs (to keep their personal assets from cases like this) that practice the same strategy to hire a "third party company" to manage their finances. This way, let's say an "online school" that you enrolled and drop off, does not have to deal with your calls about being charged. Similar to another case that I read on this site, I contacted the course mentor to let him know that I have to drop out because of a terminal illness of one of my dependents. He said that he will see what I can do but during the initial phone call with them, I asked if I have to drop out for whatever reason, will be a penalty fee or any other charges, hidden fees, etc. and he said that there are no penalties if I have to drop off the course, no hidden fees or charges. I assume they recorded the call but for cases like this, they probably did not or the log is "lost". Later, when I noticed they are charging me that money, I called the people from the course to confirm if they received any payments on my behalf, or from a third party, for the amount of those 10,950 and he said "No". I asked him in different ways to be 100% sure he understood my question and he said "no" again. I don't have a check for 10,950. I don't have any 10,950 deposited in my bank account, the course company never received that money. This should be considered a scam, a fraud. A whole scam operation involving all of those companies that do the same thing. The FBI needs to take care of this. These people are making millions of dollars just charging money to customers that they never received, they never paid the businesses offering the services, and they're just threatening customers to report their acclaimed "debt" to credit agencies.Business response

IGW Solutions is not a lender, we are a billing service for Six Figure Landlord. This is an installment (monthly billing) contract that was signed by the customer back in October of 2022 for a Six Figure Landlord Training Course. Please feel free to contact us at ###-###-#### option 1 to help answer any questions. Or, if you would like to contact Six Figure Landlord direct at ###-###-####.
Hello *******, so we are a monthly billing processor for Six Figure Landlord and other retail merchants. The merchant will sell the customer a service or product, and we handle the monthly billing for them. so, not an upfront lender but a billing provider if that makes sense.
So, for the customer below, it looks like they signed up for a training class with Six Figure Landlord back in October of 2022 and they wanted out of the contract for personal reasons, so they would need to get approval from the school to cancel the contract.
Thank you,
Brian H*********
