Scheduled install for ***** Signed a contract with associated deposit on May 6th stating refunds will NOT be given after 2 weeks of signing. Implicit in that statement is refunds WILL be given within 2 weeks. No other verbiage exists and the contract claims such. Canceled May 12th and ** asked me to pay for supplies that, per their contract and website, should not have been ordered until 2 weeks prior to ***** Refused to abide by the wording of their contract and website that promises a "no-hassle refund policy for deposit money up to two weeks after signing your contract". So far, I've been told I won't get my full deposit back, that "we didn't say you'd get it ALL back", and then tried to get my venmo to return some funds that were paid by credit card, which is dubious at best.Fortunately, I've already been on the phone to my attorney for an unrelated issue and he assured me that the threats to "take this legal" are baseless and any attempt at small claims court or lien on my property will quickly be squashed. I'll add a few photos of the verbiage in the contract, but reserve the right to post more photos of the unprofessional and dishonest email exchange if needed. So much for "no-hassle".I would have never signed a contract with this company if the verbiage wasn't clear in the contract, and ******* clear on their website as to refunds on deposits.
