      I would like to bring to your attention the poor service and environment of MOD pizza ***** *** ******* ******* *, Houston ,Texas I ordered online it said he would be ready at 6:13pm I went into the store to pick up my pizza I never got my pizza because she said I did not put no toppings on it that was a lie. I pulled up my receipt and it did have my toppings on it. She then did put my receipt at the back of all of the other ones. I did not leave in till 8:00pm and I still did not have my pizza it took entirely too long. Other people was complaining and begin to get very rude because the extra,extra,extra long wait time. I cancelled my order and currently waiting on a full refund. The staff was very rude and not informative the manager was not trying to help in no kind of way. He was not trying to accomodate nobody. Some staff did have on gloves hair net nor a cap nobody was washing there hands at all. The person who was cooking the pizza hand no gloves on it was pizza that had dropped onto the floor and the food was just left onto the floor no one got them up all the food was just on the floor under the oven. The manager and another young like was not washing hands nor changing out gloves.       Had a pizza delivered via DoorDash on Wednesday May 25, around 5/6p. The pizza was terrible, didn’t even eat it. Took photo to show MOD. Called MOD shortly after it was delivered and told “manager” in the bathroom. A female manager called me back, I explained the situation and found my DoorDash ticket, and promised I’d be issued a full refund. When the upcoming Tuesday came w no refund, I called back. Spoke to another manager named Gage/Gabe, who told me he will not issue a refund, isn’t something they do, and I should of spoke to doordash (I did, however other manager promised refund so didnt continue issue w doordash as first manager I thought resolved/refunded). He was VERY rude and told me straight out he would not help me. So I wrote (no number) into MOD corporate explaining the situation. The first email I received back told me to call doordash. The second one said they would add credit to my MOD account to cover costs. I never received it. I wrote yet another email and they have failed to respond. There is no accountability or proper customer service with this company. I just want the refund I was promised and really upset I have to go this far for what I was promised.
