      My wife and I met with Hannah (no longer an employee with Millcreek) a couple of years ago about having our wedding and reception at Millcreek Inn. One of our concerns was an outdoor tent being up covering a portion of the reception area. We were told, explicitly, that the tent would not be up if there was no bad weather a couple of days beforehand or any forecasted bad weather for our event. My wife and I decided to use Millcreek after this conversation. Covid then happened, so we had to delay our wedding by a year. We met with Hannah again about a year later and again brought up our concern about the tent being up to which she assured us the same thing from our initial in-person conversation - that the tent would not be up unless there was poor weather a couple of days before or expected during our ceremony/reception. It is now the week of our wedding and even though there hasn't been any rain for 4 days and there isn't any forecast for the next week, we have been told that the tent cannot be removed by the manager (Keijah I******) because of bad weather over 4 days ago and because it takes 3 days and lots of people to remove. This is completely different from what the previous wedding coordinator suggested. We have been asking to have the tent removed for the last couple of days and have been told that contractually Millcreek is under no obligation to remove the tent. Upon hearing this information, I asked to speak with the owner (Sina M*******) of Millcreek and was told that my information would be passed along but that no guarantees could be made about his following up with me before our wedding. Keijah (rhymes with yeehaw) has been difficult to work with and has been a poor replacement for the support that Hannah had provided (we were told about a week ago that Hannah was no longer with Millcreek). As of the time of this writing, I have yet to hear from the owner regarding our concerns.
