On October 28,2021 I spoke with sprint/T-Mobile on the phone to order an iPad for my daughters birthday on November 6th the iPad I could afford and was told was available in stock was the IPad mini 6th generation with a deposit of $75 plus shipping and fees which was a total of $94.00 I paid that day and then signed the email contract that was sent to me at 4:23. When I was speaking to the woman I asked when it would be at my address she told me it should ship out Friday but if it didn’t on Friday it would be shipped Monday and I was guaranteed it would be here by Friday November 5,2021. I had not seen the device so I decided to call about it today to be told that the device is on back order and would not be available until end of November first of December. That was not the case on Thursday October 28 if that had been the case and I was told the device was on back order I would not have purchased the device as it was a birthday gift for my child I would have went with a device that was available. There has been no resolution to this issue that they have messed up on all I am being told is “I’m sorry” that doesn’t help the situation that they have not held their end of the deal with .Initial Complaint

I pay monthly payment of 154.69 Last month spring charge me 795.65, Every time I called spring ask questions spring hang out the phone
