On Tuesday I placed an order with Donna Bella I also paid for express shipping I paid almost $300 for a product that I have yet to receive I tried contacting the company multiple times to resolve the issue and their customer service is never available to speak I would expect someone from customer service to at least be able to speak with me regarding this matter but every time you call it says they will be back in an hour and no one ever answersBusiness response

First of all, I would like to clarify we have been in contact with ***** quite a bit. We are staffed 7am-5pm Monday-Friday. I personally have spoke to her twice, as the Director of Servicing. She has also spoke to the CS team before she spoke to me. Her order showed delivered by FED EX to her locations. We put a trace in with FED EX and needed to wait for the results. We had the update on Monday the 16th. At that time, even though they confirmed delivery, we still replaced the order. I show at this time her order has been received as of 8/17.
We offer Route insurance for these types of situations and the customer declined it. In the end, we did take care of her regardless.
